Hotel Ashray Inn — Hotel in Gujarat

I was staying in.the hotel on 22nd and 23rd night, we checked out on 24th morning at around 10:30 and within 20 minutes I called the hotel as I had left my watch in the room but the manager said it's not in the room so me and my friend went there to check as it was hardly 15 mins we had left the hotel, I went in my room to check but there was no watch but the utensils in which we had breakfast were not there. so we inquired at the reception if anyone had gone to the room they said no one is gone in the room except the waiter who took breakfast utensils. so we asked them to show us the cctv footage in which we saw another waiter had gone not the waiter who said that he went to take utensils, The problem was not that I lost my watch but the reception people kept lying and they did not agree that our staff can steal , in which i thought that the whole staff with the girl at the reception and manager were also involved.

Pls be very careful regarding your what you leave behind in the room cos the entire hotel staff is involved..

I had booked a Deluxe Room for just getting freshened up in this hotel with my family after travel and had paid Rs.2k plus for the room. But found the room to be smaller for the tariff paid and the bathroom was still smaller . The flush of the WC was not working and in toiletries , nothing much to mention was available. and in the high temperatures of June month , the AC was not effective at all and could not cool the room even after an hour. The only saving grace was the breakfast which was included in the tariff and the hotel staff served the breakfast to our room as per our request as we had reached the hotel after the breakfast time was over. I am thankful to the hotel staff for this hospitality. ||Rest, the hotel deluxe room is good for a business traveler who needs the room just for sleeping at night provided the AC can work properly to cool the room in the scorching heat of...

Stayed in the standard room of the hotel for a half a day as i had flight late in the evening and had to book this room as the other hotel Silver Cloud that i was staying for 3 nights denied extended stay beyond 10:00 AM (despite empty rooms and my checkin at 8:00 pm on first day). ||The room was clean and neat and had all the required amenities(ac was working fine, bathroom clean and neat) and staff were polite and never complained of 3+1 staying for few hours. Got this room at great price at goibibo and repented why i didn't book this hotel for my entire trip. ||The hotel itself has restaurant and there are near by other restaurants, ice cream parlors etc...
