Flavours Restaurant — Restaurant in Gujarat

It was a good restaurant near dhebharbhai road, having wide variety of range in food.

Good points

It's own parking space-you know how bad it is if you want to go somewhere nice n you don't find anywhere to park.

Scenic from inside- restaurant was well maintain and having a class look.

Good service- manager to staff all employees of the restaurant were polite and their service and good interaction with customer make you feel special.

Food choices-you can get wide range of food to select from.

Food on time - no matter how many customers are there you don't have to wait very long for your order, also they are providing you some snacks to get relieved if your hunger waiting is unbearable.

Starters- was yummy n I liked chilly paneer n spring roll very much. Though sauce could have been authentic. But it was more a ketchup.

Food quantity as well quality-paneer items, specially daal fry stole the show. They were not miser in quantity of dishes served. 4/5 in taste n 4.5/ 5 in quantity.

Things that's I m not giving full marks.

Sizzlers- In sizzlers Italian was not good at all.

Pricing- taste to pricing ratio is little bit high.

This has always been one of our fav restaurant since we were kids but that time its was fine goin 2 a city restaurant on sunday without having 2 wait 4 almost an hour. Because of waiting system of 1hr we stopped going 2 decent restaurants in city on weekends.

Today went after long time after giving a call but for reservation but they said they dont take reservation. Since v reached at around 10pm we thought we might get a table but had 2 wait for 45min after having a friend in management of the Hotel Silver Palace requesting to get table ready as fast as possible.

Ordered lasagne which was yumm as other stuff all very delicious and service was great and the staff was well informed of what they are serving.

Surprisingly after meal when we asked 4 espresso, they did not have it. Which was kind of shocking but since everything else was great we did not mind this minor issue.

Overall great experience but would b great if they can take reservation on weekends so we dont have 2 wait...

We have been at Flavours many times. They do a great job of cooking and serving delicious food. There is no doubt about it.

But yesterday the situation was different as we entered waited for 15 mins, sat on the cushy sofa, the menu came and we ordered a nice Paneer curry and Bread for us. It came after making us wait for 20 mins.

As soon as we took a first bite my mate was like, This curry is the spiciest curry I have ever tasted. I called up the service staff, explained the situation and they agreed to change the Curry (Making it to less spicy).

The manager came afterwards another one who I think was a senior one and told us, "If you want less spicy curry you should have tell before, I told him that we didn't even mentioned that we want spicy curry, the normal one is good for us, he gave a message in kinda warning tone and left.

I always repeat, it is not about the food, In hotel management everything relies on how politely you handle...
