Hotel preet palace — Hotel in Gujarat

I recently stayed at hotel preet palace and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all my needs were met promptly.

The room was spotless, well-decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the view from the window was a delightful bonus.

The worst service…. Reception boy Subham does not have sense how to speak with Guest… If you tell him any problem, he will tell you “1 kaan (Ears) k niche baja dunga, Chupchap khada rahe tu” this is how he talks with guest . And then he came for violence with guest …. This is how reception boy behaves with Guest ……

They charge for breakfast but they only give Poha and Tea …. Very bad service and behaviour….. They give rough bill means hand written bill telling that this is our GST bill…..

They will give you breakfast after 9 am and also looting for breakfast..

Overrall the place was awesome and have all basic amenities in it & staff was also polite and friendly but what I feel major drawback here is it does not have restaurant in it.As it is just a guest house where you can stay.If you are doing BUSINESS TRIP then this place is GOOD but with FAMILY It will be bit of UNCOMFORTABLE as you will have to find a good restaurant...Yeah many restaurants are there nearby 2 kms but still I feel if they have in-house restaurant it will be more...
