Coffee Culture - Valsad — Restaurant in Gujarat

Hopeless Service and Staff Behaviour. Not a place for couple or small family. Let me describe my experience.... My husband, kid and me went there for spending some good family time. CC was full so had to occupy waiting area. We took the child to bumblebee play zone and requested them to inform us when they had a seat for us as the waiting area too was full. After 10- 15 minutes we finally managed to get a seat in waiting area. While sitting in waiting arena outside the lounge we observed that larger groups of 4+ were taken in but not couples and kept us waiting. On inquiring repeatedly we managed to get a space in the lounge area with 2x2 sofa seating arrangement after almost 50 minutes and it was almost the time to call back the child from bumblebee. We placed the order for meal for the kid and desserts for us. Luckily 1 desert was served in almost 10 minutes. But to our disgust as soon as we start relishing the desert a service boy comes and says(almost orders) 'you are only 2 so...'and before he completed the statement we perceived his intentions of wanting us to shift somewhere. We displayed our annoyance. Its really irritating to change a table once you have started your meal (and when you have been in waiting zone for almost an hour- you feel cant others wait for sometime too?!). After a couple of minutes, a female staff (short hair, well groomed girl) comes and requests that there's a senior citizen on another table sitting on a chair and she would want us to shift on chairs and let seniors be comfortable on sofa. Though a rude tone and body language, we agreed to shift on chairs for a senior. After shifting , there was no service support to shift our beverages to exchanged new tables and we had to help ourselves. This was not all... Because we were 3 and shifted to a table of 4, after resuming our talks and meals on new tables, we have a service boy requesting to shift the child on another chair because he wanted the chair on which the child was sitting. He wanted to offer this chair to some other guest! Disgusting!!!! Was I treated for free???? No this is not the end! The chair was offered to the elderly senior uncle who was supposed to be offered the sofa on which we were seated. And the sofa was occupied by a group of 6! So is CC only meant for larger groups? Couples made waiting... shifted in middle of meals... n so much disrespect from staff... Finally my kid slept and her meals did not arrive. So I requested them to check in the kitchen. And the answer I received was that they missed placing the kid meal order while shifting our table. We requested cancellation of order that was happily accepted and we were handed check for beverages in no time. I was really annoyed. I went to the short hair groomed women wandering in the service area sophisticatedly and gave her my honest feedback. And the answer I expected was 'sorry I shall look into the matter!' And the answer I received was : 'do you have a problem if we shifted u for larger group?!', I said 'offcourse, I am a customer too...' and she said 'OK, Thank you!'... OMG.. I said I will write this in review ... and she said 'OK, Thank you!'.... And so, on a Saturday Night, I am pouring down my dissatisfaction on internet because I had no one at CC, Valsad to...

The ambience is unique for valsad...the menu is unique for valsad...its like surat or ahmedabad.. Had a voucher worth Rs.750/- where it was not mentioned that you need to spend atleast 1000/- rs and you get 750 off in that...On saturday I did call them and they said that the voucher is valid on sundays and when I went on sunday they started arguing that its not valid on sundays.. In the terms and conditions its written not valid on public holidays.. I think the owner should check the exact meaning of public holidays..She asked me to come the next day..I had to proove myself showing the call logs and then they accepted their fault...wasted almost 15-20 minutes...came across first such rude restaurant manager.. Wanted parcel .. waited exactly for an hour for 3 things..and there were only 4 more tables occupied so not that rush hour excuse cannot be considered..

Staff is too slow.. and confused..

Pizza— 4/5(taste is yummy but they should improve their bread quality) 3 layered pasta-4/5(good quantity but its just white green and red pasta.. Nothing unique) Choco lava cake-3/5(not that soft)

Ambience-(5/5) Garnish-(5/5)

Staff-(1/5) Price- highly overpriced ... Just for the sake of Ambience I guess... Or the name"Coffee Culture"....These prices are okay if its in a mega city not for a small town like valsad.. So minus 1 star from all...

🔸 It's pure veg restaurant. 🔸Good ambiance 🔸 Good taste of food. 🔸Reasonable price and hygeine. 🔸Staffs are ok. 🔸There is no arrangement to sit outside when wating. It is very bad because when hungry ,tiered , having senior citizens or children, people can wait but as owner you must have some respect for your customers. Even after asking for the chairs to sit outside, they did not provide. 🔸On weekend, they are not having enough staffs and even no responsible person to talk and manage the customers with reasonable care After finishing food, so many people are just chatting and not getting the bills. So we were just standing outside , started back ache ,then went to highway hotel. Where we started eating, at that time the staff called us that the place was wakened . They told us to wait for 20 minutes, we left after 45 minutes. Their call came after one hour fifteen minutes. 🔸Wash room ok , not properly cleaned 🔸Not adequate parking place. 🔸Wheelchair accessible...
