Worst experience with hotel and staff, we booked hotel online , which was for three people through fabhotels. , (had done recording of conversation),They refused to give room for three people at middle of night , they started arguing for extra pay for 1100 total, when actually paid 2000. Staff also refused any such conversation though confirmed on phone for four times about amount and person etc before reaching hotel. No hot water, dirty rooms, dirty bedsheets , broken buckets . I found that they don't need customers, they just want to have money by harrassment of customers in middle of night, No refund also to go anywhere else, no service, no manners to talk with females or any other persons. Never had such experience in any other place . Why fab suggest such hotels, there is no servant room, no washroom for servant, has to pay extra for servant also. Online booking 2000+800 extra for 1- 7 time , i.e 6 hours, with no hot water, non working geyser in room, bad small smelling room with bedsheet. Read moreI have booked through Agoda and even done the payment. When I reached the hotel, the manager told me that he would not accept any booking through Agoda . I am in Agoda for the first time and there are no nearby hotels and my money is already debited. I tried reaching Agoda customer support they tried reaching hotel management but no reply from hotel management. Hotel management told they will not talk with Agoda. So, I ended up paying double the amount.
Just imagine if it were female travellers, you lose your money and have no room as well. I will surely never consider this hotel in the future nor recommend it to anyone.
Pros: Location - in the middle of the city. Near to almost everything.
Cons: Small Rooms- rooms are smaller so was bathroom. Management - totally bad. Hotel is in 2nd floor. Lift facility is present.

As soon as I booked with "no pre-payment" option, I started to receive plenty of e-mails stating that I should pay to guarantee the booking - the mail continued to arrive even after I paid the fee. When I arrived in the morning, after 20 hours of traveling, there was no one at the reception, besides a guy sleeping on a mattress on the floor which could not help. The receptionist was found by the helpful tuk tuk driver, he did not speak English, he did barely look at me, but thanks to the driver I could understand that they do not accept foreigners - I know this happens in India (why? this is so bad and contradicts the traditional warmth of the Country in welcoming people from abroad) but why no one says that at time of booking?
