Worst customer service ever from the owner(lalabhai)…..I asked twice for the parcel to make sure everything is perfect as the member was more at home and I need to take this parcel to the hospital he upfrontly said dont ask again and again we have a heavy flow of customer and even I ate it there. After all these my bill was rs 400/- and I just asked for 1 chocolate he said no and told me that its just for the kids. I am one of the old customer from UK and I will never visit again.
