I recently visited the Bikanervala outlet at GMD Mall, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience that tarnishes the reputable Bikanervala brand. The hygiene standards were alarming, with bugs on the floor and mosquitoes hovering around the tables. When we ordered the thali, the vegetables were reheated in the microwave, still tasteless, and to our surprise, no chutney was available with the dosa and the cashies kept on taking orders. The food quality was far from satisfactory—it tasted stale, and it lacked the freshness and flavor one typically associates with Bikanervala. Quality of food was pathetic, it was all stale due to lack of footfall over there n that due to there below the standards quality. Me and my husband even got stomachache after eating there.
What made this experience more frustrating was the clear lack of staff, and those present seemed disinterested in serving customers.
