Pirates of Grill — Restaurant in Gurugram District

So I use to go barbeque nation, barbeque company and even pirates of grill frequency but today as it was my niece 6th birthday bash so my brother in law and sister in law booked the slots many days before as it was a planned birthday party and we were almost more than 24 people so as we were in many numbers so we thought that the pirates of gills will be the best option to have this party as it must be professional in dealing with larger numbers of gathering but today the service and the behaviour of this branch,their lady staff Mrs Sushila was been so surprising to me as she been so disrespect full and looked frustrated by her behaviour and body language...as I said that we were in numbers and initially sitting very comfortably..me and my daughter and my husband changed our table so I noticed that Mrs Sushil came twice to check on the tables and looked so disappointed and her body language made me feel like we made some wrong decision by changing our table but then I let it go cause she took that family to the other table which was just next to us and it was empty but just after few minutes when my husband took my daughter to wash her hands she came to the table were I was sitting by keeping my hand on the table and waiting for my daughter and husband. she just pushed that table very rudely and asked the staff to clean the table and went outside and when I reach to her to confront this issue she been so smart and said that she didn't watch me and did it by mistake but I don't know how it can be possible, sh came twice and notice that table, when she pushed that table I stand up from that chair in front of us and I don't know if I am was al some spirit or ghost she was not able to see me...besides this as it was a advance booking the staff was not prepared for the services and with food on time though we have reached there around 12:30 or 1 pm and even before we came two three was already occupied by the other families and they were eating, they were not serving what customers wants to have but rest all other things which we don't..as a whole it was pathetic experience for me at this restaurant for the very first and last time as I had to left the restaurant in the middle of my meal due to this kind of pathetic hospitality..i would recommend all to go in group of two or three as they can only handle those small...

The paneer tikka was succulent and well-spiced, and the mushrooms had a lovely smoky char that complemented their earthy taste. The main course and desserts didn’t disappoint either. The desserts were rich and indulgent, offering a perfect sweet ending to the meal. The drink selection was equally impressive, with refreshing options that paired well with the bold flavors of the food.

The ambience at Pirates of Grill added to the overall experience. The decor is vibrant and thematic, with a fun, pirate-inspired vibe that makes the dining experience feel immersive and enjoyable. The seating was comfortable, and the lighting created a warm, inviting atmosphere, perfect for a casual meal with friends or family.

However, there were a couple of hiccups during my visit. The service, while friendly, was a bit slow at times. It seemed like the staff was stretched thin, especially during peak hours, which led to some delays in getting our orders. Additionally, a few of the snack items, particularly some of the starters, arrived at the table slightly cold, which was a bit disappointing given how amazing they tasted otherwise. I recently had the privilege of organizing an office party for a large group of 100 colleagues at Pirates of Grill, and it was nothing short of extraordinary!
