Third Wave Coffee — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I have been coming to this place for over four months now. I used to sit at 32nd Milestone earlier and happened to have just bumped into this place. Since then, I can never go to any other Third Wave outlet. The staff here is excellent, esp Devansh, Banty and Nitin. They always greet me with a smile, the moment I walk into the door. They always remember my order and I dont even have to mention it. I like my hot chocolate thick and it is well looked after, so much so that Banty always makes it for me and nails the taste everytime. Devansh and Nitin are excellent with customer service because having visited this outlet over 100 times they still ask me for feedback and scope for improvement. They always recommend new coffees and products; I have one on my table as I write this review right now. I have been mesmerised and I am still in awe of how the boys have worked on the little details that help in customer recognition. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Next time if you visit the place, say Hi to the boys and greet them with a smile because I am sure they always will return the favour. EXCELLENT...

Writing this while sitting in Third Wave, Platina Tower unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the brand carries a certain reputation, this particular outlet did not meet even the basic expectations of service

The staff appeared highly unprofessional and disengaged. There was a noticeable lack of courtesy and attentiveness—no one acknowledged customer concerns or made any effort to assist. It’s disheartening when a service team doesn’t make eye contact or even attempt to address a problem.

The atmosphere also felt uncomfortable. Rather than a welcoming or relaxed café environment, the space gave off a rather uninviting and disconnected vibe. For a place that positions itself as a premium coffee destination, this was unexpected.

In terms of offerings, both the food and coffee were disappointing. The food lacked flavor and freshness, and the coffee did not meet the standards one would anticipate from a specialty café.

Went on Monday afternoon, for quick bite. Greeted well on entering store by reception. Atmosphere and ambience gave soothing work environment with light background music. Wifi is available and network connection is strong. Prompt and quick service for dine in staff is well trained and had good communication skills and seemed very polite and welcoming. No issues in payment and had a hassle free payment. Charging points available at some of the corner tables. Air conditioning is also pleasant.
