Capital O Ram Krishna residency near Artemis Hospital — Hotel in Gurugram District

Cost: A budget friendly hotel. Online Booking experience: I booked this OYO property through MakeMyTrip website. To my surprise, the day I reached to hotel they refused to entertain my booking stating it’s low price booking. OYO positive response: I called upon OYO customer service, they hardly took 5 minutes and got the issue resolved on the same price. OYO team did an excellent job. Property Manager: Mr. Yadav dealt the situation in calm manner. He is a decent and helpful guy. Room: I was in Room#303, decent room. Bed height was low. It was a clean room. A table, chair and cub board, working TV,AC and geyser. They provided a bottle of mineral water. Food: you can’t. Order outside food in this property. Literally very dissapointing experience with this hotel I booked my tickets with booking.com app nd I find satisfying price for upto three day upto 1800/- something but when I reached they denied nd say there's an extra charge for early visiting nd one day cost upto 1000 and didn't provide breakfast while I choose the including breakfast package but they didn't provide that and staff don't talk properly nd deny with the budget I booked from the booking.com app my recommendation never...

1. it’s in the middle of nowhere

2. receptionist will deny the booking saying it’s low price and oyo never pays them.

3. Oyo customer service won’t pick up the phone. I had to stay outside the premises with my pregnant wife on hold for over 15 mins while the receptionist shut the door on us.
