FabHotel Premium - Hotel in Sushant Lok 1, Gurgaon — Hotel in Gurugram District

WORST! ZERO RATING!

The property is not suitable for someone travelling with a family and for a bit long stay. The caretaker isn't even worried about the reputation and services of their hotel. As per him, their kitchen isn't suitable and quite unhygienic so someone can't use it to clean bottles of toddlers. On top of it, as per him they can't provide a new bedding in a span of 1-2 days as this isn't a 5 star hotel.

From the very first day of my stay through the Fab Hotel booking, we experienced their frequent tantrums and their other payment issues with the Fab Hotel frenchise. I don't think their ground floor and first floor are available for Fab hotel booking as they are made available only for either a direct booking or an hourly basis booking (yeah you got it correct).

Overall this property isn't worth staying even if someone offers a free night stay. I will highly recommend getting some better reputed property. And yeah definitely try something other than OYO and Fab Hotel as both of their properties are touching low standards in services and hospitality.

Rooms - Rooms are big with a balcony but are dirty. Bedsheets and pillow covers are dirty + torn out. TV doesn't work. Toilet is also dirty and needs repair and cleanliness.

No early check in- You have to wait for 12 noon to stuck to check in.

No toiletries are provided.

Location is good within sushant lok. There's a small garden in front of the hotel if you want to go for a walk.

Overall it's not worth for what you pay and what you get. There are much better options available in sushant...

Water was leaking from airconditioner in the room, main room door was not getting locked properly, tap was leaking washroom. When i asked receptionist/caretaker to change the room he said all room were already booked however it was not true. Overall pathetic experience from this...
