Read moreSo, I got to know about this cafe from Instagram adds so I google and read the reviews and from reviews I thought to visit. I ordered mocha choco chip frappe which has description that espresso blend with chocolate ice cream with choco chip in it and served with whipping cream. Along with that ordered aglio e olio. So when my frappe came it was without whipping cream when I asked waiter he literally acted like he doesn’t know anything then I explained what is whipping cream so he took my glass inside and without letting me know he added Vanilla ice cream to it. He handed over the glass to me and said we added ice cream to it when I said I didn’t wanted ice cream then he said nothing and gone away from my table. While billing I asked waiter please reduce the price of whipping cream as it was not served on drink. Then he argued and said we added ice cream and we usually do this. So I have to pay I had to pay. I feel cheated as their normal frappe is compared to Starbucks price but with quality it was not upto mark. Pasta was good it was little dry but it tasted good. They really need to improve their service and worked on their menu. If you are not capable of delivering things you mentioned in the menu then please don’t write description and make us fool. If we are paying then we deserve what we paid for. I don’t think so I will be visiting this cafe again or...
Read moreTerrible experience. We read the great review on LBB and decided to visit the place. The place was cozy and nice no doubt. The similarity from the review ended there. The continental menu was good but were told that none of the items were available the day we visited as the chef was not available that day. We were advised to go for the Chinese food as the chef was very good. So we started with the spring rolls. Well, it was so oily that we could taste only the oil and not the veggies. The dish also looked so boring that we honestly did not feel like eating it. But we did and it was really bad. Being disappointed by the continental menu not being available and the quality of the spring rolls, we just decided to cancel the other orders for the main course. The last nail in the coffin, they did not have credit card payment option. Really???? We thoroughly enjoyed the mineral water though! So we spent almost Rs 900 (spring rolls + smoothie) for just sitting there actually. Post that we went to a roadside dhaba at IFFCO Chowk (cannot name the place) and what a pleasure to eat there. The owner was so hospitable and food was simply yummmmm! Great food, great service and a fantastic host...and we spent just Rs 390. I wish Cafe Aurika had spent the money on getting better cooks and staff rather than...
