jüSTa Gurgaon — Hotel in Gurugram District

So , here is a honest review about this so called hotel and before i write my review i would want everyone to know that i have been staying here since this place opened years back when it used to be good but last 3 times have the experience i have had is terrible and iv spoken to managers mr. inderjeet and akshay about it and they just dont care. rooms in bad condition , linen dirty. A/c dsnt work. water leakages. No hot water in washrooms. last to last time in winters had to get them filled in buckets at 11pm. bathtub/jacuzzi dsnt work. broken. being a hotel they said they dont have hand towels because they finished. Room service is just for name , they usually dont have food and they will tell you to order it urself from outside. i literally had to check out early morning because i was sweating all night and couldnt sleep. So basically these are the basic things you book a hotel for and for the 3rd time these things happened and latest was the worst. i was forced to ask the managers inderjeet and akshay for a refund. they told me they will tell the owners but god knows what happened , they told me cant do anything , but we will give you a discount next time. i told them im not stupid il come here again to waste my money and they said cant do anything. i asked them give me owners email id so i can take it to them about the condition of hotel and mr inderjeet told me nope wont give. i told them il review and try to find the owners mail , do whatever you want. So my purpose of writing this review is to let everyone know about this place and get a hold of the owners and let them know what is going on. thank you. best of luck...

My experience at this hotel was disappointing, to say the least. The services provided were far from satisfactory, bordering on the pathetic. A fundamental necessity like hot water was not available, making the stay uncomfortable. The rooms were exceptionally small, lacking the comfort one would expect from a hotel, and the overall quality did not align with the exorbitant price tag.

Comparing the pricing to a high-end establishment like Taj Surajkund only magnifies the stark disparity in service quality. It's perplexing to encounter a place charging a premium akin to luxury hotels but delivering services reminiscent of budget accommodations like OYO. The value proposition is severely skewed, leaving guests feeling shortchanged.

I stayed in this hotel with my family, room is ok but staffs are very kind to serve customers. I went to New Delhi for a meeting and booked this hotel, I wanted to go to my meeting place by 7.30 am so I got up from bed by 3.30 am and asked for hot water to take bath, one guy came to my room and explained in hindi ( i know little hindi) and I understood that they will switch on the heater after 5.30 am then I requested him to switch on the heater at 4.30 am, then he switched on the heater by 4.30 am and informed me which is really awesome work. Restaurant staffs are very kind and good to serve customers, we enjoyed the food especially tawa roti, paratha and chicken curry. Chicken curry was tasty and it made me to re-order that item. Restaurant team Surendra khatr, Dev, Mahesh Chand and Rajinish have served us food with smile always even when I asked for single tawa roti.
