Went to celebrate my sister’s birthday with Sunday buffet brunch. With 8 people plus kids we thought we will enjoy the birthday celebration along with cake cutting ceremony. But little did I know for a birthday song I have to carry a Bluetooth speaker with myself I would have done that. I requested to play for a birthday music or song while cutting the cake but the live singer with nice purple hair performing refused to play as they are closed. Although I could see that all the instruments were intact but I was refused by the hotel staff who approached him . If I knew earlier that my request for birthday music has to go the singer who has more authority then I would have surely approached to him while making my reservations. None of the food, service or anything matters if a property don’t understand the emotional value of a birthday song and why it is so important to be played. Although rest of the hotel staff was very nice and humble but that does not solve the purpose of efficiency because you have to wait for hours to request for something . I decided to visit the latest recipe for my twin baby’s 11 month b’day celebration. I had dinner which was good in quality and even the service in restaurant was considerably good. I am a regular visitor to this restro as my mom loves their dal makhani. This time our experience was ruined by the front desk guy, Surya, whom I asked to help for a diaper changing facility for my baby. He just said we don’t have the facility & we can’t do anything about it. He was so blunt in conversation that he did not considered the situation or need & have not made any attempt to help the customer. I asked him just a table to do so but the only answer I got was no man we can’t help. After I raised my voice & asked for help then senior staff & they agreed to open a room for 10 min.
