Nook Inn & Suites — Hotel in Gurugram District

Organised a wedding here, rooms and location is top notch but the insecurity of the owners is so high that one of them actually threatened the groom that they will not serve dinner to the guests staying unless the full payment is made. No problem in asking the client for the full payment, that's how it works. The payment would have been made in full before checkout, however the language used that too by someone from the hospitality sector is unbelievable. Cold food served to those who wanted to wait because they were dancing and making merry. I was earlier told that all I need to get is the liquor license and they would serve, a day before the arrival of guests I am told that it cannot be done because THEIR liquor license is under review (something that wasn't made clear to me in earlier meetings). The owner and his wife told me that they treat every wedding like their own family affair but clearly all those were just empty words! My suggestion to anyone who wants to book this venue: The location is great, the rooms are wonderful and the ambience is amazing but tread carefully while dealing with the owners, they might just ask you to step aside from your own pheras and ceremonies or threaten to cancel meals if you don't pay up as per their...

Edit: As a reply to your response- since you called my review misleading, I was there for the draw event on Monday, Feb 21, 2022 (I can share my maps timeline if you still want the proof). And your response itself mentions that you don't have a "dedicated" washroom for the basement hall and people have to use either the reception washroom (which is for staff) or room 1 washroom (if room 1 isn't occupied by someone else). Also, I clearly mentioned that you can't reach at the entry if you are a "first time visitor without the help of staff" (which you again accepted in your response). Rating you down to 1 star for your non-acceptance of honest feedback! Hope you learn from this.

This seems like a converted property which used to be a villa or something similar earlier. Approach road is so confusing that you would never get there without help from the staff if you are a first time visitor driving a car. Rooms are spacious and clean but party hall (in the basement) lacks basic necessities like a separate washroom and you would have to use the staff washroom if you book...

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Gurgaon. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and also this was having open kitchen concept for all, anybody can use this with their own groceries altogether a new concept and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks because of the yummy food we got to have.We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

Secondly, perfect place for those who are away from home but still wanna get the feeling of lovely home situated in the heart of city Gurgaon With great ambience.what a view from terrace!!!!!!

Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

Last but not the least , the price is superrrrr economic and for this you really get into this to feel the pocket friendly place .
