I am writing to express my concern about an interaction I had with a security guard at your establishment. During the interaction, the security guard, displayed unprofessional behavior where he misbehaved with me. There was a fire mock drill going on but my health condition was not good and I have to take med. I requested them for having my meal from burger King and allow us to have it. But they refuse it and force us to go outside. When we said to them will you take any responsibility if something happens will you take the responsibility then he said it's not my responsibility. Also the security guard passes the comments while leaving when asked he misbehaved and rudely spoke and said "jou complaint karo ma bhi dekhte hu." If such type of mock drill are happening there should be notice on gated of restaurant for public as well.
