Pizza Hut | City Centre, Gurgaon — Restaurant in Gurugram District

Pizza Hut at DT City Center, Gurugram has a lot of seating space and is of 2 floors. It is located at the starting of the mall and we absolutely enjoyed our lunch at this place. Following were the item we tried.

Spicy Supreme Garlic Bread- One of the first introductions of Garlic Bread in India back in the 90’s the taste has never changed, 4 pieces of well buttered bread covered on top with mozzarella cheese, green chilli and onions, what you get is the crisp yet soft bread and that golden brown cheese pulling apart as you eat this dish. One of the most ordered item on the menu and its taste is what takes me back to my childhood.

I had a terrible experience at this Pizza Hut location. From start to finish, it felt like they didn’t care at all about customer service. First, the staff was incredibly rude, which just spoiled my entire mood. They took my order incorrectly, and when I pointed it out, they said they couldn’t replace the item. To top it off, they claimed that garlic breadsticks couldn’t be ordered from the store, which sounded ridiculous to me.

When it came time to pay, another employee told me they couldn’t accept UPI payments and insisted on cash—despite the fact that I had successfully used UPI earlier. It felt unprofessional and disorganized. On top of that, they didn’t even provide basic items like spoons or napkins with my order.

Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Pizza Hut really needs to work on training their staff and improving customer service if they want to keep customers coming back. Very...

Pizza Hut Is an amazing place to have pizzas. But nowadays, Pizza hut is not only selling pizzas, they have started serving you many sides as well as desserts. They have changed their menu and have come up with exciting pizzas and desserts. This time we had potato cruncher( a new addition to their menu), spicy baked chicken wings, green apple mojito, malt brew and veggie feast pizza. The beverages were quite refreshing and the chicken was so damn tasty. Potato Cruncher was perfect but our pizza became dry as it was kept out for too long.
