Really bad experience as the salesperson (Kamal) was just looking to sell products at the highest rate. Despite us offering to pay an advance , he refused and said that will give a quote based on the gold rate of 20/21st October (when clearly it’ll be much higher) . We had been trying to pay for a week to lock the rate ant least . Moreover, despite confirming the specifications, he didn’t generate an order invoice in time. Disappointed.

Wouldn’t recommend Bluestone, especially this MGF...

The product quality could be improved, as the diamond came out of the ring within a month despite no major impact to the ring. However, their responsive post-sales service was good, as they replaced the diamond at no additional cost. Special thanks to Mr. Amit Bisht for his support throughout the process.
