Lemme start from the start. ||1. Booked this hotel through OYO as it had elevator facility. I was traveling with my mom, a heart patient. But after reaching, came to know lift wasn't working since 2-3 days, or maybe longer (who knows).||2. Linen was stained and used. when asked to change it, I was told fresh laundry was not available as the washerman hasn't delivered. What bloody excuse was it. somehow they got mea cleaner linen promising to change it once fresh laundry arrives at 4 pm. However, throughout my stay the laundry wasn't changed. ||3. Room wasn't cleaned since the previous user checked out. When demanded to get it cleaned, the housekeeper said he didn't get time to clean it earlier as there are only 2 persons in housekeeping for 16 rooms. ||4. I stayed in room 107. And the colour was peeling out of the wall on the bathroom side, clearly indicating the dampness in the walls. ||5. I booked through OYO so the breakfast was complimentary, which was actually a joke. Can you believe me, Omelette and tea completed a breakfast option. I asked for paratha. And guess what, I peice paratha for one person. I had to explain that it's not enough for a person after which they brought me a second piece after 15 minutes. ||6. Food is average, but the service will eat your brains away. You order something and you get something else. ||Overall I am totally dissatisfied with my stay. I even complained OYO customer care and have suggested them to remove this property from their listing. ||These people don't care for making your stay comfortable.||Just avoid this,...
Read moreWe stayed in CUBE by Acorn for more than a month starting September 25, 2017. The stay was good and we did get our requests fulfilled to the best of ability of Guest House staff.||However, after we checked out we got a call from person named DM, who is at reception, that we had taken hotel file and until it was returned, he would not allow our luggage to be taken out. The luggage was to be picked up in the evening by one of our representatives. DM was very rude. The file he was mentioning, contained food bills and was given to us by one of his colleagues the previous night, when we asked for final settlement. He never mentioned that it needed to be returned. We assumed it had our food bills, so we could keep it. Luckily the papers were in the luggage, we had left with the Guest House.
