OYO Shweta Inn Near Appu Ghar — Hotel in Gurugram District

Never book this hotel from OYO. ENTRY IS DENIED FOR OYO BOOKINGS. JUST BECAUSE THEY WANT TO CHARGE MORE THAN WHAT YOU WILL PAY ON APP. I booked this hotel from Oyo directly by calling it's customer care as customer care said that booking amount on app is not correct (this problem is with most of the hotel inventory present on OYO app) On the check in date I called this hotel to confirm my booking in morning as well as at 12 pm(that is half an hour before I reached hotel). Each time hotel staff said that my booking is confirmed. When I reached hotel, I was denied check in and hotel manager said that there is no booking on my name. He showed me his oyo app where I found that he has himself marked my booking as CHECKED OUT. I called customer care and the manager had a fight with him on call. Manager used abusive words with customer care on call and even said that he don't want any bookings from OYO. After fighting for 2 hours, he expressed his main intentions and that was he want to charge extra ₹500 from me and then he can give me room which was not available for last 2 hours. All of a sudden room got available only if I pay extra🤬. This was the reason why he marked my booking as checked out. Manager informed the same to customer care and customer care was of no use. One more hour passed, and by time I had call OYO several times to resolve this issue, but they didn't fixed it. At the end OYO asked me to book another hotel. I paid for it online and when I reached second hotel, I was denied checkin there as well. Hotel staff said that no rooms are available. So after 4 stressful hours I asked OYO to refund my 2 booking amount and later I booked hotel on my own. OYO SERVICE HAS DEGRADED NOW. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME IN BOOKING THROUGH THIS APP. HOTEL LIKE SHWETA INN SHOULD BE DELISTED FROM ALL...

No option for zero star.Worst experience of any oyo so far. Manager was utter confused regarding booking. I had to literally shout and threaten the manager to get my so called booked room 11 at night. Bedsheets dirty. Couldn't sleep because of noise from some party. Corridor pitch dark at night.no staff at counter when we tried looking for help because of noise. Wifi doesnt work despite multiple complaints..never book this place if u want piece of mind and good sleep after u paid. Oyo should remove its name from...

It was my worst experience visiting there. It is not a hotel it's somebody's property that has lent its upper floors as a hotel. The manager is very rude and has no manners of talking. He works for money only. I booked the room 2 days earlier but when I reached there he said there is no vacant room. He clearly said "agar OYO humse tie na kare tho koi baat nahi hum tab bhi accha kama lenge". If there was no rooms vacant then why did OYO book the room in that hotel. Very disappointing...
