Ignorant staff working here tried to scam us. On November 29 2024, we ordered 2 fresh fruit pastry and a chocolate FUDGE pastry from here. However one of the fruit pastry was missing and the chocolate TRUFFLE pastry delivered was wrong, it's okay to have messed up the order and that's fine. But what they did next is totally unacceptable. We called the shop and asked if we can get our missing pastry delivered, they said they can't. And one of the workers assured us that we'll be getting an extra pastry the next time we order by just calling them and reminding them, so we were fine with it.This was the reason why we didn't ask for a refund but instead we posted a review on the app we ordered from. But on Dec 1 2024, we decided to order from them again and we called them. The worker working there told us that "we can't offer you the pastry now since u posted a review, and the app you posted a review on cut our money from us." Which is absolutely false, because then I proceeded to email the app using my brother's email since he ordered the food.(I was pretty furious at this thing) And they assured us that they don't cut any money for bad reviews as thousands of reviews are posted everyday. It was common sense as well. The app assured us that we'll be refunded our money in 5-7 business days. Now we will never be ordering from this shop or going to the shop, neither recommend people to go there. Because of their incompetent and ignorant behaviour.

I have been buying the baked items & cakes from bakers oven for a long time. Have seen them grow & now can see the point where their downfall has started
The quality of food items has started depleting. The team is already satisfied that they are providing the best quality & hence cannot make any mistakes. Hence not willing to listen to customers feedback. A classic symptom of downfall
3 classis problems items being stale Card board boxes having woody smell putting the bakery items like cheese bun in paper bag
In a recent order I bought 8 patties& two Dutch Choco Pastries. However with first bite from the pastry, i had to pull back the other one from front of my guest as it was super stale and had a woody smell from the cardboard box
I returned the pastries, the shop person said "Sir i have touched the pastry & it looks fine. Hence please take it back. On my rejection he said to show it to the chef
Later he said "sir our chef is saying its fresh,. so please take back your or talk to the store manager
After about 3 hours, I called the store spoke to the owner lady, so she said, she is unaware of the situation & will enquire & call back. FAIR ENOUGH. however, no callback as expected....
Ultimately, they didn't accept the quality issue and i had to push and get a replacement, which was again stale & had to throw away..

I would like to share with you a recent story of interaction with Bakers Oven. I've got to arrange one cake for my corporate meeting, for which I've got very limited time, and accordingly, I've ordered from our regular vendors to make it available the next day, but unfortunately, on the next day, when it was supposed to be delivered, they denied it, stating that the message that is to be printed on the cake is lengthy and they will not be able to arrange it.
Considering the period of 1:20 hours from the time, I've no clue how to arrange the cake with a message written or printed. Considering the situation and urgency, I could not think of anyone other than Bakers Oven, as I've used their services in the past and always felt great with the taste and quality of their products for my personal events at home.
I called the Baker's Oven and tried to explain my situation with very limited words, and they said, "Don't worry, sir, we will arrange it in the next 30 minutes with 100% assurance on time." I rushed to their Sector 33 bakery, which was around 15 km from my place, and reached the venue in about 30 minutes (usual travel time on NH-8), and they were bang on their words and handed over the cak as per the timeline.
I would like to recommend everyone use a baker's oven and would like to thank you for their quick response...
