Townhouse Sector 38 Gurgaon Near Medanta — Hotel in Gurugram District

I have been is this OYO room for more than 15 day. The only plus I see with this OYO room is next to Hospital Medanta for which I have compromise to stay back for 15 days.

It has been quite a disaster to stay back in Vendata by JMD. Endless complains during the stay.

Bad on Room condition including no toiletries at all, no sheets, poor Air conditioning in room, poor hygiene, no cleanliness. Bad Hospitality including rude , incompetent receptionist Costly room service with oily food. Breakfast never on time as per pamphlet provided in room.

I would not recommend this OYO room to anyone for stay. You got lot of better choices nearby to...

We had a total bad experience in this place as the laundry man took our clothes did not return back for long time and after asking so many times he missed three of our clothes and we complain about this tobthe receptionist instead of helping us he has a very bad attitude. ..no clean bedsheets. ..rooms are having big fat mouse , very frozen cold rooms and no heater when asked. Hot drinking water not privided...drinking water bottles are dirty with different caps on...overall it was a bad experience. ...
