Hotel Seven Junction — Hotel in Haryana

Non cooperative staff, late night parties disturbing hotel guests, yet complaining to the staff or even MD doesn't effect much. Hotel staff rings room bells ta night to disturb the guests. When i raise complaint about this and late night Parties they Denied me stay. They said the hotel is fully booked and i must vacate the property even though on websites like MakeMyTrip and Goibibo clearly showing that rooms are available. So when i asked them they said that due to i ask not to play loud music late night our MD asked us to make you leave the property. I being the alone lady in the room the staff tried to bully me. At last that even if the rooms are available they will not provide me with any room and if i will not leave they will introduce security to make me out of the property. We went to ambala for attending a wedding... there my daughter gt unwell and we have to came back on the very next morning. We were in hurry and not in a sound state of mind due to her poor health. Due to all this choas, we forget our two bags there wherein my daughter's belongings were there. after three days of returning we realized that those bags were missing and contact hotel staff... they attended our problem over phone in such a professional manner that i have left with no words. I am really thankful to hotel staff for such a kind gesture... my Shankar (night duty) and a person attending call during the day (Sorry i couldn't recall ur name)....||||Apart from that hotel property is also nice small but well interior rooms... good for short stay...||||All the best to seven...

Very wrost hotel Don't go here Totally waste of money No water in washroom Leakage in bathroom There is a wiper in bathroom by that first you pay more than 2000 for room and then use wiper to clean your bathroom Called many time But issue not resolved As per reception, breakfast start from 8 am But till 8.30 it was not prepared. Also that area not cleaned till that time. I left hotel without breakfast. I also told on reception by telephone and personally that my train is at 8.45 am but still it was waste of money.
