I encountered a situation with the staff member who was taking customer orders at that time. Unfortunately, I found his behavior to be quite rude.

I had ordered a Paneer Capsicum Pizza, but there was a mistake, and a Paneer Roll was served instead. When I brought this to his attention, he insisted, rather rudely, that he had confirmed the order with me three times, which was not the case. As a frequent customer of De Delicious, I did not expect this kind of interaction and felt disappointed by the experience.
