During our journey from Chandigarh to Delhi, we stopped at Satvik Ekyam in Ambala for breakfast, and it turned out to be an experience worth cherishing. From the moment we stepped in, the warm hospitality and serene ambiance set the perfect tone for a delightful meal.
We ordered Aloo Puri, which was cooked to perfection with a homely touch. To our pleasant surprise, we were also served Makke di Roti with Sarso da Saag, a dish usually available after 12 PM. The flavors were rich and authentic, prepared with handmade masalas by the talented Chef Neeraj Kumar, who personally acknowledged our compliments. What stood out was the fact that all the dishes were crafted using healthy, sattvic ingredients without garlic, making the food both nourishing and delicious.
The highlight of our meal was their special tea infused with elaichi, which was incredibly aromatic and soothing—just the perfect way to conclude a wholesome breakfast.
A special mention to Abhishek Tiwari, the gracious host, whose friendliness and attentiveness made our visit even more memorable.
