Hotel Sunrise — Hotel in Haryana

Just sharing my experience in this as I check in for 5 hours because of my bus from Delhi, That was really fabulous experience I had, just one thing made it a 4 Star rated hotel that it is situated in a Hotel lane that was came up in a street and almost 15 Hotels are Here just few yards from National Highway but my experience with them was Amaging as the whole 5 hours just gone away just because of street, where you feel so safe with your family as ladies of the street were gossiping there and small children were playing in the street that was so comfortable environment and for that was a, different experience, Nice location, perfect services by all staff members and most of all They have so rational rates for rooms, which can't made stress on your stay there rather for a week or more, whenever you will visit you feel these rational prices, cleanliness observed and economical menu. Be there on your next visit to Ambala cantt. If you need a stay there. My best wishes for their prosperous future in...

Pros: Location is just perfect, very close to the bus stand & station. The room had adequate cleanliness.

Cons: I had an AC room but turns out it was just a waste of money as the AC control is with them only and you'd need to keep on requesting them to turn it back on! I requested for an extra hour after the check-out time and they literally asked me ₹500 for it! The wall socket was not working, switchboard was broken. A guy knocked 40 mins before the checkout time just to ask when I would be leaving even though I had confirmed this on-call and he could've called me for the same instead of randomly knocking. This felt very unnecessary and uncomfortable.

Worst Hotel... Hotel staff are rude.. manager is very rude. They said at the time booking that they will provide water and soap in the room but after saying 10 times on phone... They didn't provided. Making us fool by saying "abhi bhijwa Raha hun sir" and check out time 12 bje bolkar 11 bje hi room Khali karwa diya... Saaf safayi karwana hai bolkar... Pura payment advance lete hain and misbehave karte hain visitors k sath... Charged 1200 rupees for only 10 hours... And not given a glass of water... And AC ka control inke hath me hota hai... Niche se hi band kar diya subah 8 bje... Such a rude behavior and bad experience I have there... Never go...
