It is almost 2 decade old property but very well maintained. It offers a variety of accommodation as per your needs. The rooms are very tidy, cosy and spacious equipped with all modern amenities. The AC rooms also have extra fans for summer and heaters for winter's. The major attraction at the hotel is indoor, centrally heated and well maintained swimming pool operated almost all year round. The heating facility is available from 11 am to evening. It also has a small shops providing swimming costumes for all that too at reasonable prices. The swimming pool is only 4ft deep and has a sitting available within pool to enjoy your drinks from the pool bar. You don't need to get out of pool to order as one side of the counter is along the pool itself. Well that is certainly a unique thing at a hill station like Shimla. The hotel sees lot of local functions at the property because of which you may not get restaurant access. But the room delivery is excellent and prompt. The food menu is extensive as well as delicious. The Deluxe rooms get good sunlight inside throughout the day - useful during winter. The property is a multi floor property having lift facility and an ample parking space. You won't find hotel direction boards much. But while coming on Shimla bypass after passing the ISBT and travelling for 2-3 min. just before Khalini bus stop there is a road on left going up. Take this road and you will reach a roundabout where just straight ahead you will see Chintpurni Sweet Shop. Take the road just on the left of the shop which is little narrow but just go ahead for 2 mins and the hotel will be at your right. Well one can take their SUVs upto the hotel and also park easily. The mall road is just 2-3 Kms from the property. Well overall a great experience...

It was perfect stay. I will rate service, food, stay etc as too good. Staffs are very supportive. We have reached hotel slightly early as checkin time around 2 PM but they have provide me early checkin around 12 PM without asking any charges. It depends on room availability btw so if rooms are available then they will provide rooms 2-3 hours early without any extra charges. Kindly confirm with hotel staff if you are reaching early.

Regarding room stay, it was super clean. We stays at super delux room. It was big spacious room with inroom hot water options available. They will provide couple of water bottle daily also as a complimentary. Other than this, they will also provide dental kit, bathing kit, saving kit. I know every hotel provide all this but the quality of things are really good. You can use those during your stay. Actually we carry our own but we didnt need to use this.

Now food options, we have very spacious open as well as dinein option. They are using those space as booking for diff party occasion so when we were there then all day those halls were busy but they allow us to use that space.

If you are planning to stay here then must try dish KHICHDI. It was really delicious and if you don't have much hunger so you can try this. Very light and easy to digest.

We will plan again whenever we are coming to Shimla again.
