A Disastrous Dining Experience at NAMASTASYA

Our recent family dinner at NAMASTASYA was nothing short of a catastrophic experience, rendering it highly unprofessional and utterly uncommendable.

The evening began with high hopes for a pleasant meal. However, our anticipation quickly turned into disappointment when the starters arrived. We ordered fish and chicken, expecting distinct flavors and ingredients, yet the fish tikka came with added chicken pieces, an unprofessional attempt by the kitchen staff to deceive us. Such behavior left us feeling disrespected and dismayed.

The disappointment continued into the main course. The Kadai chicken and Rogan Josh, classic dishes known for their robust flavors, were a far cry from their expected standards. The Rogan Josh was particularly distressing, with mutton pieces so poorly cooked that they disintegrated into an unrecognizable mess, leaving only a thick gravy and a few bones at the bottom of the bowl. It was a pitiful sight and taste, unlike any decent Rogan Josh I've ever encountered.

To make matters worse, the response from the service waiter when we raised our concerns was shockingly dismissive and unprofessional. His nonchalant reply, "sir mutton toh Aisa he hota hai" ("Sir, this is how mutton is"), was downright disrespectful and added insult to injury.

In conclusion, the entire experience was nothing short of disgusting and unacceptable. The blatant attempt to deceive with the starters, coupled with the appalling quality of the main course and the dismissive attitude of the staff, makes it impossible to recommend NAMASTASYA to anyone seeking a decent...

This time I came to solan india, I am very happy to find this hotel. It is a newly established hotel. The room is very clean, with wooden floors and great service, and very quite, the staffs are very friendly, it feels like my own home.

The foods are fresh and delicious, the dining hall is very good, large and bright, good for gathering or programs.

The hotel location is in the city center, very convenient, near new bus station, some time we walk to the city center for a stroll.

I think this hotel should be introduced to people who plan to travel or business in Solan HP, and...

An amazing experience we had Visited this place on an occasion of marrige And the experience was amazing This hotel is Situated in city centre with ample of parking space on inside and outside of property Very good rooms with excellent food quality super courteous staff and quick service , best place to throw a function in solan town . It's a new property , the gentleman at the reception was a disinterested fellow and wasn't very quick with this words and actions anyways dosent effects the overall experience..
