I visited this place while I was strolling around at the mall road. The interior was eye catching. I had ordered a hazelnut coffee, which was a normal hot blend cappuccino. Not the best coffee I've had in my life , but it was good . I had also ordered their newly added Belgian waffle. This is a must try recommendation from me . The waffle was perfect or the closest to perfect in all the waffles I've ever had in my life . Here's how i describe it : Perfect waffle batter makes the perfect waffle . The crunch and the airy-ness in the waffle was amazing. Unlike other waffle joints , the waffle wasn't too sweet. They gave you sides of vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup to customize at your free will . The waffle was topped with Nutella, chocolate syrup, some kind of berry syrup and the best topping was dices of ripe papaya and apple. This might be controversial, but this fruit addition was the actual game changer . It was helping me wash off my palate and enjoy the waffle every other bite . If you are looking for a cute date or some nice place to sit and chill in Solan , this should be your go to place. However , don’t expect nice food here. Food is pretty average and service is slow. I am sure it will improve with time as it the place is still new and will improve. I hope they maintain the quality of food and improve their service. The only thing I found off was the attitude of the owner/guy who sits at cash counter who seemed least bother and disinterred. In terms of cafes and places to sit and chill for young , upper middle class people in solan, I would recommend it and place it on top. THE OWNER IS RUDE and arrogant , this should be the highlight...
