HOTEL CITY HEIGHTS — Hotel in Himachal Pradesh

Using a different email id but the experience is real

We stayed in room 111 and wanted to 'thank' staff for introducing us with such a 'pandora box'. Earlier they gave us a different room but TV wasn't working in that so we thought room 111 would be fine.

As we entered, we were told that AC will take time in cooling and 'luckily' it took...whole night...but 'unluckily'...didn't cool the room at all. But this doesn't mean that staff didn't do anything! Total 4 employees interacted for this AC issue and all they did was changing the remote settings and assuring us to wait for 'sometime'. We believed them...and waited until we checked-out next day!

One more thing...saw a new setting...tap of washbasin gave hot water with 'blue dot' side and normal water with 'red dot' side! Such a ground-breaking approach...opposite to the norms of other hotels. Additionally...a magic happened at night! Refrigerator 'looked' working until we slept and was off in the morning!

Next morning, after charging INR 3000, staff said that they don't have a complain/suggestion register where we can write our issues and owners can look into it. This forced me to write a review here with an impression that staff doesn't conveys the existing issues to the decision makers.

Note: If you want such a magical experience...we insist you to choose room 111 but I can't comment the same for other rooms. They...

Wow ... Ok lets start from the scratch .... Location : Perfect ( movie hall ,market, eateries, Railway station, Mall road, petrol pump, bus stop etc. etc. all are in walking distance ) Parking : ample ,free , private and safe . Reception : Mr Jai singh best manager a any issue reported solved in minutes at any point of time . Very decent and alwaysready to help with a smile . Check in : Hassel free . Rooms : 4 star propertynice spacious clean rooms .Clean linen , almirah and all other furniture well placed . Bathrooms : Toileteries available , Clean bathrooms Outdoors : terrace garden .Balcony and nice seting spaces . View : Excellent view from all corners and locations . Food : Please take ur room breakfast and dinner or else ull miss their excellent food ......excellent , fresh and authentic. My room type was : Deluxe with MAP Value for money in each aspect . I have never used the Hotel City Heights facility..but there is a café called 7 Café in the ground floor, which I think is a Hotel City Heights property. I am not completely sure about it, but I have been to this place (7 Café ) many times..What I like about this place is that it is neither crowded nor noisy. The food or snacks they deliver to your table are good and affordable. The interior is also nice and when you order something the food or snacks will be delivered to your table within 8/10 minutes. Yes, the reason for what I told you guys in the first line is that you will not meet many people at the same time. Their staff has always been very respectful with us.. This place has never disappointed me and my friends..I hope they don't give you a reason to complain about the snacks served on the table whenever...
