Lall Ji Tourist Resort Dalhousie — Hotel in Himachal Pradesh

If there will be minus rating I will give it to Lallji Resort. Worse services. Visited in Jan 2021. No housekeeping staff at night. Rooms are dirty. Staff is uncooperative. No wifi working. Room telephone also not in working condition. Another room has telephone but no one is picking phone at night. When you told them anything to do then they say "Abi krta hu" But don't do for days.. No housekeeping staff for bathroom cleaning in day and night. Water was also not available in night upto 10 am. Staff has rude behaviour specially the receptionist. Other morning staff are few but don't know how to tackle the situation. The owner only talk to the customers at noon. Not available in morning and night. Although rooms were at high rates and then after including bf and dinner in the room rent you have to pay extra on meal. No DJ available. No sight seeing. Hotel is in the...

We loved the hotel view. Execellent view.best in our 8 days trip of himachal pradesh. We felt like we are sitting inside the nature. just climb 2 floors and we reach the main road through garam and tanda rasta.when we reached it was at around 3 pm. And we ordered veg flitters and tea. Which was really good.the people .and the staff really have lot of passions who explained us where and what to do around.just go to dalhousie ,stay in this hotel ,open the window,eat, see the view.just go for walk and spend time.nice.want to go back...

One of the best resort we have ever stayed. the staff is very polite and service is very fast. Food is just awesome. We stayed their at the time of holi. Although resort was having no plan of celebrating holi or organising any event for holi still just to uplift the mood of guests DJ night alongwith Bonfire was organised. Really thankful and happy for making this holi one of our best holi. Dalhousie is a very beautiful place and the hospitality of this resort is a cherry on the cake.
