Sharing my experience of 3 nights stay in Hotel Exotic view

In short - it’s a trap created by OYO, Exotic view and hotel Town Ville.

We were not interested to stay in chota Shimla and booked 2 rooms in new Shimla in Hotel Sai Stay Inn through OYO app.

We did booking on 21st Dec’21 for stay of 5th Jan (checkin date) to 8th Jan (checkout date) breakfast included.

On 5th Jan morning, OYO shifted our booking to Hotel Exotic view without our consent (breakfast excluded, refunded for breakfast)

Location is very bad. No cab agreed for that place. Cab dropped at a place nearly 600 meter away from hotel and finally we reached after around 0.6 Km walk with 3 trolley bags.

Ground floor and above – Town Ville, Basement – Exotic view.

As per OYO – rooms allocated were 101 and 103, but hotel said there’s no such rooms.

We did not like the room, staff was very arrogant and asked us to cancel the booking if you don’t like, but refused for any refund. There was no choice at 7PM, with kids, no cab/hotel around – They knew is very well.

They were upset with us for the reason of booking through OYO and said that we should have directly booked in Town Ville.

No bathroom amenities. After a lot of request – they provided a soap and a towel. We had to use same towel for our stay of 3 nights (Purchase a new one from market 😊).

For any complaint or service request, they gave the same reason of not booking directly.

Behaviour of Mr. Prakash was very very very Bad.

We stayed there without any water supply for 3 days. Water supply was available in other rooms, but not in rooms booked in Exotic view.

Imagine – no water for 3 days ☹. We had to use bottled water for urgent day to day tasks.

oh my god that's hotel was a disaster for me the first day in simla would want snow tickets nightmares of my life completely devastated as a professional review i won't be coming you to stay there also the pricing kanchi but the location is absolutely soul shivering at the beginning of February the first day of mine in Shimla I was willing to look for cab so that the captain take me to the desired location of the hotel no cab driver even agreed for getting me there and then finally bye my luck I got got one Uber who agreed we went on the location he was a localised but still couldn't find the place where lok hotel is located finally after like paying 1000 rupees to the Uber driver and like saying thank you to him by heart because he really helped us to get there but it wasn't everything as we reach to the location we understood the location is so far away from the city and it is like my heart was punched at the Uber driver told us the getting to every location write from here would take you exact same hard work and exactly methods anyone getting to a single location will end of the entire journey of a day I left the hotel immediately went out for searching for new hotels and I took a hotel near Mall road you can get a very cheap hotel at Mall road nearly at the price of thousand rupees per day if you went out searching oyo is also a great option on Mall road avoid scammers avoid everyone who is going to say that I am going to help you know one everyone is there to fill their pockets with the money you are given to them soso this was my review regarding oyo home 12 321 @ the location is garbage the hotel is garbage...

The place is quite away from the public parking space. It is quite a difficult time if you arrive on a rainy day and have to carry your luggage all by yourself up and down the hill. The attendant was really helpful and went out of his way to help us but the owner couldn’t care any less. This would be good to say that its not worth of your money unless you wake up in the morning to see a beautiful view. Worth few clicks. However, the behaviour of the owner becomes very unprofessional once you pay the money. He will not bother about you. The cleanliness is unhygienic and there was no minimal facilities like hot water or towel or other toiletries. The parking issue will make you more sad. They can provide parking only for Maruti 800 or Tata Nano and only for 1 or 2 cars. So don’t go with the...
