Aditya Inn — Hotel in Hyderabad

This place is not of what is projected by Trebbo . We had requested for an early check in while booking itself but it was not taken care of. Reached at 8, firstly the receptionist said there are no rooms available for early check in. When we saw a guest checking out at we asked for the room again and then he started that there are no housekeeping staffs so he can't . We really needed the room , we even offered to pay extra but to no help. He said the housekeeping would come by 10 and they can handover the room only by 11. When we wanted to cancel no support was provided by the customer care,who denied any refund to us.So we had no choice rather than to wait. After that we were asked for a marriage certificate, which we have never been asked for although post marriage we have traveled to lot of places and always stayed at either good private hotels or government resorts. Although it irritated us but we quietly submitted a copy of the same as it seemed to be up on the trebbo site as part of the policy. In the evening when we returned at 9.30 , my sister in law was there with us and she wanted to use the washroom , the receptionist asked us if she's going to stay with us. We said no she's here just for a small visit, for that the receptionist created a scene saying they have no visitor policy, although it was no where mentioned in the trebbo policy or even displayed in bold letters at the hotel. When asked by my husband as to where is it mentioned in the policies, and asked him to present the proof, He had nothing to say, just kept repeating that it's the policy of their hotel. Apart from such a horrible experience for breakfast you have to go to the hotel right opposite to it. Which is part of the same franchise. There's no inhouse kitchen available for room service. Pathetic experience will never recommend to Anyone but Specifically to family and married couples without kids. Wouldn't even want to give one star. The rooms were also not upto the mark, the matress sucked big time and there were no toiletries provided except for a soap. Worst place to...

These guys run a girl's PG in a building that's just beside the hotel called Sri Harsha. The staff is good and the services in the PG is also decent but forget your deposit of 15k once you book here. The manager Mr. Annam Nagendra is a dual faced man. He will act nicely infront of you at the time of booking but as soon as you have an issue with anything pg related he shows his true face. He blocks numbers when they call to ask for deposit back and it's a long war to get your money back. So if you're ok with losing 15k as deposit, go for it.

One of the PG mates filed a complaint in the police station and the officer called this manager. The manager refused to pay saying he knows the CI in the police force.

The manager is EXTREMELY rude. The rooms also have cockroaches sometimes and finding leeches in the bathroom is a common occurrence. The water in the tank is extremely dirty and the manager refuses to clean it. Sometimes the water comes out white in colour too, ew. It was a bad time when these happened with me and my roommate.

Also they run the PG illegally as they have not registered the building as a PG but they onboard residents under the hotel's name itself. They have police support that's why.

The owner of the building is nice as I've heard. But the manager Annam Nagendra will be the root cause of the downfall of this pg....

It’s decent hotel with less amenities. Good to stay for couple of days with less a budget. Staff is really good. When I shifted the intercoms was not working but they replaced with new one quickly. WiFi works fine on each floor. Breakfast and dinner is decent but with fewer variety.

Tea is available in room service. You can order food from Swiggy and Zomato and it gets delivered at room. Reception will call when food arrives. Hotel people provide plates and cutlery on demand as needed.

Laundry is available on request but it get done via 3rd party. Hotel doesn’t have in-house laundry. Iron box is available on request.

Cleaning staff is good but sometime they don’t change bedsheets and pillow colors while cleaning the room. They just do slight clean. Which they could improve.

Rooms are small and sometime you could see stains on bed side. Which hotel people should get cleaned on time. But ok...
