Visited this restaurant on Valentines Day with my wifey for a dinner. As it was a special day, we have been given 2 menu cards since we thought of going for ala carte. But after looking at the prices of each item from the menu, we have opted out of it and went for buffet which was Rs. 799/- inclusive of all taxes.
Unlike the regular buffet where we go and stand in queues to grab the food spread across, here we have been served the food right at our table.
Coming to the food, we have been served with the following items. Mind you, we are vegetarians😜
Starters (overall rating — 3.5/5): Corn cubes (tasted awesome) — 5/5 Chilli sticks (tasted like manchuria. It was good) — 4/5 Paneer Angara (it was ok) — 3/5 Kebab (Can be improved) — 2/5 Crispy potato (it was ok) — 3/5 Tandoori veg (not at all good. The baby corn served in this starter seemed like it was stored for days. Doesn't taste good at all) — 1/5
Main course ( overall rating — 1/5) Veg biryani (can be improved. Raitha and the saland served with this biryani can also be improved) — 2/5 Butter Naan (it was good. Soft) — 4/5 Dal Bukhara ( dal makhani. Average ) — 2/5 Veg Thai Red curry ( tasted different and good. But felt like it needs an improvement too) — 2/5 Nizami Hundi ( tasted better among other main course dishes. Satisfied) — 3/5
Desserts(overall rating — 3/5) To my surprise, we don't have wide range of desserts at all. We have been served with a vanilla scoop, brownie (tasted okay) and a different kind of sweet which is not good.
Overall I am disappointed with the main course and desserts. Starters were tasted good enough but among desserts, we had very limited options which is not good.
Coming to the service, the starters were served quickly and repeated whenever asked. But the service was not at all good when it came to the main course. I understand that the restaurant was crowded but we had to wait for a near 40min for the main course to be served at our table. After many reminders, they got me the main course dishes. Very disappointed with their service here.
Ambience was good😃
Overall experience was not good.

Read moreWas here for dinner a couple of hours ago. This was the worst meal form me in the complete year. I'll not make it lengthy. First we ordered a murgh lababdar which was meant to be spicy and with bone according to the service personnel. The gravy was sweet and boneless which was actually chicken tikka masala. You can clearly make it. Then he went to get it replaced. But somehow a similar gravy with boneless chicken was given with some spiciness. (It might not be the same. I'm not sure) Then we ordered a egg fried rice. Specifically mentioned no vegetables in it. The rice came with lots of vegetables and garnishes with spring onion. We had to send it back again. In the mean while our breads went cold. No non veg curry on the table. Now that's done. We had 2 zomato golds. So we had an appetizer , 2 curries and a rice dish. So we had to be charged for only two of the above along with the breads. They removed a bread instead of the main dish which had a 300 rupee difference. When asked they told us the rice was given from urban Asia. But the we weren't told it's from there and it doesn't include in zomato gold. Then they agreed and got it right. Now the bill has service charge. Even after the government has asked it to be removed they have it and get it printed on the bill without prior notice. When told the service personal says why can't you tell everything at once. Like seriously? By the way the 2 rating is for the taste and ambience. Service and experience is a big negative. Hoped for a good dinner which never...
Read moreWhere do I begin? It's on 5th floor, therefore I had some difficulty in finding it. But that's okay because I was very pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere. It's posh and looks expensive. And expensive it is. But that's about all that this restaurant has got going for itself.
First things first, this restaurant is very understaffed. We got our order after over an hour of waiting. My friend ordered ribs and a salad (which is not on the menu but the waiter said that it could be made). We finished our dinner but my friend was yet to get his order. We asked the waiter 3-4 times if the order was ready and everytime he said that it will be ready in five minutes. Guess what? He finally comes and informs us that they don't have ribs! We were so furious.
But this isn't even the worst part yet. We ordered VIRGIN mojito and non-alcoholic long island iced tea. They served us alcoholic beverages. And when we complained to the waiter, he had the audacity to say that it's just soda and sprite! We were a group of people with ages ranging from 22-55 and he tried to pull a fast one on all of us. We complained and talked to the bar guy and didn't pay for the drinks.
The food was okay. Quantity was very less. A very unpleasant experience. Would...
