This Paradise outlet is one of the worst I have come across in Hyderabad. Valet parking is available and that it something that u will observe first here, they don't like to greet. Restaurant is at second floor, one can reach through stairs/lift. Seating/ambience is okiesh not premium. But when it is full, it's feels like a fish market level noisy. On this visit we found everything messed up even though the restaurant was 30% approx occupied. Service was poor, food was not up to the mark. I could sense that Waiter was having a bad day and he was not interested to serve us and he did accordingly. We decided not to spoil his day further and ours too, so we ignored everything.
We ordered Biryani meal for 2 @681/- ; it includes Nizami Mutton biryani, 6 pieces of Chicken tikka and two cold drinks along with mirchi ka salan(2no. but we were served with 1no. ), raita (2no. but we were served with 1no.), (onions(2no. but we served with 1no.). Biryani was okiesh, finding mutton pieces in it was a struggle along with finishing the meal. Chicken tikka was burnt. Raita and chutney both were diluted with water. Surprisingly, when we were billed Onions, Mirchi ka salan, Raita were mentioned as 2 no. each. When we enquired, the waiter replied "it is not charged to u and we are doing it to maintain inventory(doesn't make any sense).
This was my 4th or 5th visit here and every time I visited this restaurant that too only in case of not finding a place anywhere else, each time my experience was poor. But this time I felt review is needed.

Read moreParadise Biryani became a sensation years back. Now it seems People are over it, as most food lovers of Hyderabad mention that they are not going with the same quality as earlier. But for me food was awesome. I ordered: Mutton Haleem INR 249/- (4.5/5) CHICKEN Royal Biryani 249/-(5/5) Qobani ka meetha 139/- (2.5/5) Biryani was awesome. Perfectly cooked rice, not over spicy and very nicely cooked chicken leg piece made it delicious. They serve with raw onions, lemon, curd raita and shalon. Luckily I visited Paradise in haleem season so I ordered mutton haleem, which was very good and aromatic. One issue I faves is they don't cooperate in packing the left over food to take away. After a Biryani I couldn't finish the haleem which they weren't willing to pack. After requesting they packed in an foil bag not in an box as per haleem packing standard. I ordered Qobani ka meetha as double ka meetha was out of stock which was not good. The waiting queue is too long. As I was alone I directly entered and sat with another solo person with mutual agreement. But they seemed to have an issue with that as well. They said 2 bills can not be done from one table. Thanks to the fine gentlemen he said I am done ordering what ever I have ordered is enough make a bill then take another person's order. Then they had no other option but to agree. The waiters were not so good well mannered. The manager was a well behaved person. The Satat city mall ground floor brach is very best behaved compared to...
