First of all Food, for the taste, is too expensive... Second, One person takes order and leaves and never comes to you unless you and other person serves If you want to order anything, you can only call the serving person. But he inturn searches for the order taking guy and before he arrives you forget what you want to order. Serving person was doing good work but the order taking person doesn't seem like caring about customers. Main dishes available in three quantities- small, Regular and family sizes We ordered veg pulavu small ( available in menu), but they said only available in regular quantity ( I don't understand why). Anyway we ordered it, thought of sharing it. I'm pretty sure it was Veg Briyani and not veg pulao because of the spiciness. We couldn't eat more than two spoons. Then we ordered plain rice for her but we wanted to have curd rice just after he left. Before we could find the order taking person again it took sometime and he refused to change the order. Again, I don't understand why plain white rice can't be cancelled. We also ordered Fish pakkoda but they gave us chicken pakkoda and they were sure that it was fish pakoda only. Chicken dum briyani we had, was dry and the piece inside had only bone. Onion raitha not provided. Only thing good was their cup of buttermilk and they gave us few more too...
The place is small but neat and clean Didn't provide hand washer, tissue paper...

You need to call them by shouting. Issue no.3:- once they serve your food first time and it's done. No one will come to you for second serving. Customer need to ask for onions and raita. They won't provide them initially. Issue no 4 :- forget about finger bowl , the washroom is worst. Out of two taps oy one tap is working. Issue no 5:- in the menu there will be 3 categories - Small, medium and large. But they don't serve you small. They say that small is for parcels only. By doing this they are able to maintain avg billing value of 500/- per customer. If the management takes resolve these 5 issues on priority. They will get more customers else this business will fade away gradually in today's highly...
Read moreFood was Good. Both veg and non veg were good. Service was very poor. We had to ask for everything. We had to ask for a menu. Then we asked for glass, there were no tissues on our table, then we had to ask for tissues. There were no spoons at our table only forks were there. So we had to ask for spoons. No one came and enquired whether we needed anything. Water was not provided.when enquired they said It is compulsory to buy a water bottle. They gave us a bailey 1 ltr water bottle which had 20 Rs Mrp and then in the bill they charged 47 rs for it . They later apologised and corrected the bill. But these kind of things are not expected in reputed restaurant chain like kritunga. Hopefully they will improve. Service is very important in a restaurant. There should be 1 person assigned to a table who will ensure that the customer has everything necessary, Spoons , water , tissues etc... Food was Good. service needs to...
