I recently had the pleasure of staying at the remarkable hotel in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. This review is about the sorry state of the bloom hotel at Gachibowli in Hyderabad. My wife booked a king size room for 13.12.2024. We arrived in the hotel at 3PM, checked into room 209 and while everything looked good at the beginning, things started to fall apart by evening.

We ordered a wheat parantha for our son (a 3 yr old kid) for which we double checked before taking it as it appeared to be made of maida. We asked the chef itself and he also confirmed that it is made of wheat. However. upon eating, it became evident that it is made up of maida. My son was not able to eat it and he had to sleep without proper food at night. The staff was so eager to bill the paranthas that he asked to pay the bill first while handing over the food which we had to do. The staff did accept the mistake after almost 3 hours and agreed to return the money they had charged for it.

Second, the bar/ pub at the ground floor is an absolute nuisance for somebody looking for an overnight stay. We asked before check in that whether there will be any noise from the music in the rooms (as we have a small kid), and the staff was very confident that there is no such issue. The reality though was quite different and the loud music just shook the whole room till 12:45AM in the night. This was an absolute discomfort for all of us. Reality is that they share the space with the pub (on the first floor) and hence there is nothing that can be done about this unless one of them decides to move out from the spot. Apparently, after having a word from the management, its clear to me that the local management is aware about the issue, but has decided to stay mum and do nothing about it.

We were coming from a 750km trip and expected to stay comfortably. But this stay turned out to be a joke. Staff here is a pathetic liar. At least be open and honest about the prevailing conditions at the hotel so that people can make correct and informed choice. Please take that as an improvement point. I will make sure that i do not make any reservations at bloom hotels...

I usually don't rate 5 star to any hotel or resort but this place I liked a lot. I will mention pointwise to refer:- Good location (middle of city) Posh Area Gachibowli Guys are very very cooperative (Mr. Sakib and Mr. Sai Kiran especially). Keep up the Good work.Your management should appraise you for your work. Colour of the hotel, I liked it very much (Yellow and white --They have maintained it throughout) Service is excellent:- For a service, u just have to click a link and select the option and they will provide you within few minutes.

Things for improvement:- • I just wanted them to keep a common oven so that people coming late and carrying food can make their food warm.

• Also in the bathroom if they can put some highlighter that turning the knob to the left will provide hot water and turning right may provide cold water or any colour coding something of that sort so that a person may know which side to turn the tap knob.

• Lastly at the time of room booking itself if they could provide the basic kit (Dental+ shaving etc.) then it's great thing from service point of view. Atleast you can ask for it. It shows your gesture towards customer. That's it. Happy staying, I hope this might help. Beside this hotel there is a Bar so people can enjoy that even and they serve food till your room.So I had a good experience.
