Capital O Wild Wings Hotel Near Omni Hospital Lane Nagole main road — Hotel in Hyderabad

stayed in the hotel with family from 11-12 Feb midnight to 14th Feb 2019 early morning. It is a loot by Oyo and hoteliers that for 12 hours satay also they are charging full day charges, with rigid 12-12 check in/check out policy. Such things are not customer / pocket friendly. Front / main door of the hotel closes by 11pm and opens only at 6am forcing guests to use cellar , which is stinky place. There was no hot water in some of the rooms (though they have supplied with mini SS containers). One wing of the hotel stinks badly / which is suffocative. They stored the spare linen etc., in open area adjacent to our room. some of the rooms dont have dresser /mirror in the room. They have non-operative / name sake restaurant, and charges too must be very high (as they charged Rs.45/- for a cup of over-sweetened coffee) very first day, had to wait for more than an hour for duplicate key. They do not provide newspapers to the rooms. It is best avoidable hotel. Oyo should be blamed for empanelling such hotels with such poor...

The location is great on the main road near to many restaurants and metro. There is an expensive restaurant and wedding hall in the building. We had some expectations after seeing the clean entrance, reception and building but the room was PATHETIC.

To begin with, Oyo app quoted a price but it doubled as we did not make immediate payment. Additionally, we were charged for early check in. We were told there would be complimentary breakfast but it was not available on that day (Thursday). The room did not have any window or ventilation. It was SUFFOCATING. There was a foul smell, unclean, black dusty footprints were ever we walked. Bed was clean externally but had cockroaches everywhere (found 7 of them) Hair, match sticks and cigarette buds behind the bed. Bathroom was LEAKING. Taps were not connected to water pipeline. We were asked to LEAVE the next day because they had wedding booking and needed rooms.

Preferable for travelers who would not stay in room even...

Brand new hotel . Thrilled to be one of the first customer of this hotel.. They have all the infrastructure of a good budget hotel. Families and businessmen having engagements in this part of the city can seriously consider this place for their stay. Though the city well connected with the city getting through the traffic is a area of concern. But metro station being nearby one can reach other parts of the city faster by metro. They have an excellent restaurant serving tasty veg, non veg dishes with reasonable prices. Complimentary breakfast with variety of south Indian tiffens is an added attraction of this hotel.
