Sai Gokul — Restaurant in Hyderabad

The worst experience of my life. I went there just now with my wife,2 brothers and uncle,we ordered 2 cutlets,2 pani puri,1 samosa chat,1 special bhel,2 wada pav and 1 water bottle. First of all,the owner/attendant was not present at the counter,the workers had a hard time to give us bill,i said its ok if we dont get bill,just give the order,the worker took his time to give bill first,we had to wait,that was still fine. When one worker was giving us pani puri,he gave sweet chutney and spicy water seperately in glasses due to covid times,the sweet chutney was approximately just 4 tea spoons,I requested to give more sweet chutney as it wont be enough,to which he replied that he can not give extra,i offered to pay extra if it requires,he denied,i asked him politely if anything is wrong as his behavior is not good,another worker came and told him to give chutney more as it would not be enough. The only customers were we 5 and two other people at the shop,and the workers were 4,still they were not able to manage this,they were fully working on zomato customers. When a family goes to have some chaat,nobody plans to have an arguement with the staff,we just wanted to have a good family time,we were not even complaining about price,taste,hygiene,mask usage,gloves etc,the basic thing,behavior with customers,way of talking,answering,was totally cheap. Its much bettee if we opt to go and eat at a road side chaat stall,this is just big shop,no ethics. Never gonna go to this shop again. If the owner is reading this,i do not want you to fire your staff for this,these are hard times for us all,i do not want a person to loose his job,just train your staff how to behave and answer the customers,the workers will obviously be uneducated hard working people,but lack of training is totally your...

We have ordered cheese aloo tikki burger, cheese aloo toast, and aloo masala panipoori... The burger was very bad and no cheese and veggie stuff in it, even kids can make it better,no taste at all... The aloo toast was also very worst one... The panipooris were all very small and they have given all small broken pieces. The aloo masala was mixed with atleast 10 to 15 spoons of spicey red Chilli powder. We can only taste the spiciness in it and no other flavour. Totally waste of money and bad for health. Do not ever order these items from them. Now a days they became famous and serving all bad dishes without any taste. They are not taking care of the taste,quantity etc. I will give a minus 100...

The place is quite small but food was very good. On our first visit we loved it so much that had to do a second visit with my family in the same week. Had Samosa bhelpuri which was yummy and the right amount of spice with a hint of lemon. Masala pav was very good, my dad felt it was spicy but tasty. Apricot Delight is the highlight here, yummiest and I would have it again and again. Dahi puri was much better on our first visit dropped a level down on the second visit but overall it was good. Samosa chat was average nothing special or unique about it.

Overa i would say it is a good place for some cheap eats and also to sit and chat...
