HOTEL NAKSHATRA INN HYDERABAD — Hotel in Hyderabad

I really hate this place. I stayed here for 3 nights with my parents. There was no water in toilet on 2nd night. We called to reception, they said they will switch on the motor. Even after that still no water was coming. Then I went down to reception but that guy was sleeping, only after I went there they switched on motor still water was not coming. Next day they arranged a room to shift but odour was coming from ac in that room and in no time the full room was smelling bad. So we shifted back to our own room. Complimentary breakfast was really horrible but their restaurant food was good. Room service is okay but the person who is sitting in reception has some attitude. I had stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. I had booked off a double saver room which was cheap. But the photo attached to that priced room was a decent room. So when I checked into my room, it was pretty bad but adjustable. The rooms are too close to each other and the entrance to the hotel is pretty shady, didn't give off good vibes. The management is decent and didn't face any problem with them. Coming to the food, it was pathetic. I puked the first day itself with the food. The breakfast delivered in the morning is bad and not hot. It tastes stale. The price was reasonable but still the food couldn't be eaten so it was a waste of money. One plus point is it is on the main road and really close to chaitanyapuri metro station, so reaching there is fine. Nakshatra in multicuisine restaurant situated near kothapet X road signal on left side of the main road and serves veg and non veg food. They used to give quality and quantity food for best prices. Now they have also become commercial {i e their motto itself to earn money and forget about customer satisfaction}. They are not providing tasty food and also with less quantity. Today I have ordered chilly chicken which is full of skin coated pieces, you can't imagine the portion of the dish.
