WORMS IN WASHROOM. Purpose - Us Visa appointment. Pros Location - Very convenient for people who have US visa appointments like 2 mins away. Front desk - They were considerate by giving me grace period for my check out as appointments take hours. Gave me an upgrade too ( but thats were everything went downhill ) Cons Rooms - Crooked carpets, stained walls, long hair on bed sheets, lots of house flies and mosquitos. Bedsheets has so many black minute particles which were itching while you sleep. Night before your Us visa is stressful, this room caused more stress to me. Washrooms - I woke up in middle of night to use loo and discoverd huge quantity of black small worms all across the floor inside. It was so disgusting and creepy that i could not fall asleep the rest of the night. Food service- they have a menu but only serve one item. Ordered chicken biryani got paneer. Chicken was slightly raw couldnt eat more than three bites. ( 360 rs waste ) Order took an hour to come and it wasnt even mine when it arrived. Breakfast - they say 7.30 but it takes them 8.00 till they open and most crowd was Visting embassy so they cant afford a delay. Extra fee - I had lost my card key which they took 500rs for it
Over all i would not stay in this property ever again. Worms, raw food, dirty bed sheets is not what you want a night prior...
Read moreI wanted to share an observation and feedback regarding how Casa Hotel and Suites handled my room allocation upon my arrival.
My reservation was for a Superior Suite Room. However, upon arrival, I was taken to a very small, basic Executive Room (309) with two separate single beds and no extra space. I had fortunately already read about the Superior Suite Room on their website, and I knew it was supposed to be a 540 sq. ft. space with a King-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a TV-equipped living area—which was clearly not what this room had.
When I questioned the staff about the room downgrade, they insisted that the room assigned to me was indeed a Superior Suite Room. Unconvinced, I returned to the reception and challenged them further. Eventually, one of the receptionists admitted that they hadn’t checked my booking details and had simply allocated a random room. I pointed out that verifying and assigning the correct room is their basic responsibility, not the guest’s.
This excuse seemed highly unconvincing, and I strongly suspect that the hotel intentionally attempted to assign me a cheaper room, assuming I would be too tired to notice or challenge them, and that they could resell the actual Superior Suite Room at a higher price to a needy customer. Only after confronting them was I finally given the...
Read moreThe hotel is nice compared to other hotels in the area.
Positives: Rooms are spacious and looks clean Housekeeping staff is good and the service is quick Varied options for breakfast Location is good as it is not a secluded place
Negatives: We booked 2 superior rooms but got 1 executive room and 1 superior. Reception staff is mixed, male staff was soft spoken and gave us complimentary late checkout(1.5 hours more) but the lady at the reception called us multiple times in that exceeded hour to checkout which is very frustrating and asked us to wait before leaving so she can get the rooms checked. What was she checking for? If we stole something from the room or what... Staff at breakfast was biased and served some special people ignoring request for toasted bread. Please keep the toaster for self service if you are unable to serve it properly. Tea is expensive and has no taste, better to have it at tapri outside. Rooms are good but there are signs of bad maintenance, walls have stains and cracks can be seen on the floor.
Overall the hotel vibe is good but it was just some negatives which made our stay not the best. Please spend on maintenance as the hotel is better compared to others...
