Wow what a food. Its really superb I throughly enjoyed it. If you are near kompally is the restaurant u must try.. They serve u a good tasty and quality food that too in vey competitive price.. My overall rating for reference .. Ambience 5/5 Food quality 5/5 Taste 5/5 Presentation of food 5/5 (even if u go for a parcel, they will not comprise.. They pack salads,Rita, gravy & somp saperately that too very professionally. Value for money : 5/5

I have also visited nearby restaurants like swagath,diwan dhabha, my friends kritunga . Those are not even a comparison with Surabhi .. I was really delighted they way they are managing and serving good food without any compromise.. This made me to write for the benefit of the other people who are in a search of a good restaurant in this...

Not recommend to stay. The receptionist / manager was very rude. I booked the room over phone. When reached there, they demanded extra money as deposit apart from the booking amount. This is the only time I have seen this kind of approach from any hotel. They told us that security deposit is required in case guest runs away. He also told me that they have many hotels in hyderabad and everywhere they follow the same practice, and asked me to leave if I don't agree to their demand. We immediately left the place and booked another hotel. This kind of staff ruins the image and business of any good hotel. Their management should take measures to fix the staff attitude...

Worst hotel! I went there, the cost they told me for a single room was Rs.2625/day (no breakfast), and in Swagath Grand (the one which is just beside) was Rs.2800/day for double room with breakfast.

I asked him what the difference is. The answer he gave was 'Please go to Swagath grand then'.

Such a reluctant answer is not at all expected. I've clients coming from the US, and you definitely lost quite some business. There are many of my friends in the same area, and I'll make sure none of them go to this...
