Las Vegas Diner — Restaurant in Hyderabad

I am very disappointed with this restaurant. To start the service has some very serious problems. We were a party of 8 yet we only received one menu and water bottle. After asking for another menu it took them over 10 mins to to get one. Next the service was so slow throughout the entire visit. To add the waiter brought us the wrong food twice mistaking our group for someone else. To continue we ordered a pasta and did not like it. It was completely horrible and seemed to us like a random mix of spices made at the last minute. When we called the waiter over to return it he took it. Then a min later he returns with it asking what was wrong despite already stating. Then he said that we can't return and that all chefs make food in different ways and to accept it. How is this possible! This is completely rude and I am astonished at this bad service. I honestly would never recommend this restaurant for anyone. Funny thing is when we canceled all of orders because they took more then 1.5 hours but still didn't serve them and decided to leave. The bill came by extremely fast. Final point, don't go here. It's good place to drive in and hang out at evening and nights. Food is just OK. All varieties of menu are not available for non-vegetarians. It's quite a disappointment for whom more variety is choosen out of the menu and order for it, only chicken and mutton is all one can expect. Vegetarians it's ok. But, cuisines are bit spicy.

Order waiting is approximately 15 minutes. Strongly recommend for one who likes to have a different dine out with open atmosphere and healthy ambience. Good for families and groups with female members. Liquor is not seen around, so ok for kids and ladies.

Cost is like any air-conditioned restaurant, it's ok for comfort and different experience. Parking for four and two wheeler is there and is good and sufficient with marshalling facility, one can drive in and enjoy the evening.

Had a very bad experience with staff they are not at all friendly and they don't even bother what u have odered inspite being regular coustumers faced a problem regarding ordering of food we sat inside and it's already 15mins no staff are coming for oder and we had to call them to oder and we have odered all the food at once from main course to dessert's and after 20mins staff came with ice cream inspite of getting main course and we odered different ice creamz and both looks the same and tastes the same when we asked him this tastes same he was like no this r different that this and it was nearly 1hours and we did not get the oder and non of the staff was taking interest seriously and the staff wer so careless that they don't want to inform us this is the way u treat ur coustumers @lasvegasmagament ?
