Review for Swagath Grand Hotel, Suchitra circle, Kompally
I booked a room on September 10, 2025, through a third-party vendor for 2 days and arrived at the hotel around 2:00 PM. Unfortunately, I didn’t have access to my booking ID or PNR number at that time, as my laptop was not with me. I requested the receptionist, Rev@t!, to kindly check recent bookings in the system from that vendor. However, her response was extremely unprofessional—she arrogantly stated that there were hundreds of bookings and that she could not help in any way. Her tone was rude and unhelpful, which was very disappointing, especially from a reputed hotel group.
Eventually, I contacted my office team to retrieve the booking details and got the room. Another surprise awaited me—although Swagath Grand prominently shows a building on the main road, the actual rooms are located in a separate building behind it. The room I was allotted was very small. When I requested a hand wash arrangement, the service staff simply said it was not possible. That itself wasn’t a big issue, but to my shock, I found cockroaches in both the room and bathroom. On the second day, they shifted me to another room, but the experience was already spoiled.
The only positive aspect I noticed was the food, which was good. Apart from that, nothing met the standards expected from a hotel of this name.
I strongly recommend people NOT to choose Swagath Grand (Suchitra) Kompally. Once you check in, nothing will be in your control, and the service quality is very poor. There are many far better hotels in and around Kompally—please consider those alternatives instead.
If Management not serious about my review, your hotel will be best fit only for unmarried couples and not for...

I had one of the worst hotel stays at Swagath Grand. This was my second time here, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a memorable disaster.
Initially, I was given Room 215, which had no windows or exhaust. It felt completely suffocating, especially with the AC running. I requested a different room with at least some ventilation or better air circulation.
I was moved to Room 203, only to have a shocking encounter — a mouse ran from under the bed as I was about to step down! I immediately tried calling all the hotel numbers provided: reception, room service, housekeeping — no one responded promptly. It took 15 minutes for someone to show up. They found mouse droppings in the corners and under the bed, and there were two open holes in the room corners — we suspected that’s how the mouse got in. We had to ask them to seal it.
Dinner was another disappointment. I ordered butter naan and kaju masala. While the curry was okay, the naans were rubbery and inedible.
The next morning, I went for the complimentary breakfast at 8 AM. I only wanted some fruits, but the fruit bowl was empty. I had to settle for plain brown bread — because the toaster was broken — with some butter, jam, and a few cookies. Not even basic standards were met.
I was so disappointed that I asked my office to book a different hotel for the remaining days.
Swagath Grand has completely failed in hygiene, food quality, responsiveness, and basic hospitality. I regret giving it a second chance. Strongly NOT...

After check in one of the rooms didn't have any water supply in the bath rooms so asked them to relocate us to another room. The staff replied no rooms were vacant. When asked why such a problem was not rectified. The blame game and hands-off attitude of not our problem started. My guests cramped into a single room. During an early morning check out were charged for two rooms. When we told them that we had a problem with a room and didn't accept the check in into one of the rooms. The duty manager replied that check in happens at 1200noon and the money once paid wouldn't be refunded.Imagine your guests were ill treated and then you had to pay for 2 rooms when you were alloted only one.
