Hotel Review: A Horrifying Stay at the fab hotel eminent suites

During my recent stay at the fab hotel eminent suites, I was appalled by the complete lack of cleanliness and hygiene. This was, without a doubt, one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Cleanliness: A Total Disaster

From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that the staff paid no attention to cleanliness. The floor was visibly dirty, with dust and stains everywhere. The bathroom was even worse — it was filthy, with an unbearable stench emanating from the drains. The toilet was not cleaned properly.

Insects and Pests: A Nightmare

The presence of insects made the experience even more horrifying. Ants, cockroaches, and other bugs were freely roaming around, especially in the bathroom and near the food areas. At one point, I found a cockroach inside the wardrobe! This is unacceptable for any accommodation, let alone a hotel that charges guests for their stay.

Hygiene Standards: Nonexistent

The overall hygiene of the property was deplorable. Trash bins in common areas were overflowing, with waste left unattended for hours.

Service and Management: Unresponsive

When I complained about these issues to the hotel staff, they were dismissive and indifferent. The management seemed completely unconcerned about the problems, and no effort was made to address my grievances or improve the conditions during my stay.

I would strongly advise anyone against staying at fab hotel eminent suites.The complete disregard for cleanliness, coupled with the presence of pests and an overall lack of hygiene, made my stay a living nightmare. The location is convenient, close to amenities such as pharmacies and restaurants. However, the main street leading to the hotel about 100 meters away was quite unpleasant, as it had become a dumping area for garbage, making it unhygienic and smelly to walk past.

The room I stayed in was below standard and had several baby cockroaches. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable, so I had to use my own mobile internet instead.

The reception staff was not customer-oriented. I stayed for a week, and on my final day, I requested a late checkout due to my late evening flight. Despite explaining my situation and offering to pay a small extra fee, the receptionist insisted I must pay the full daily rate. Throughout my stay, I never requested any room cleaning service, yet they showed no flexibility or understanding.

As a result, I had no choice but to book another FabHotel in Shamshabad just for a day use, which charged me ₹500 less for a one-night stay.
