HDFC Life Insurance — Local services in Hyderabad

The staff doesn't have the proper knowledge there. They don't allow you to take photograph of the details what you filled in the forms for our future reference. It shows they are opaque enough from a transparent customer service.

I also had a bad experience with service@hdfclife.com. They aren't always reliable enough when you seek them for an important information about the policy procedures. They lie on your face in the mail interactions even if we provide the document proofs and doesn't care about the customers.

I took a policy at HDFCLife considering the brand value of HDFC. But my experience with both offline and online services here is of a third grade company.

Additionally there is no toll free number available for customer care once you take the policy. You need to pay for the customer care calls and they may cut the calls abruptly after 20 minutes if they can't answer the queries. It happened...

Such a delightful experience I had, I wish I could gave a 5+ star rating. I have read the reviews before going and prepared for a below average experience. To my surprise, I had a fabulous experience. Luckily, there were no customers since I reached at the early hours.
