I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction and concern regarding my recent food order from your establishment. Today, I placed an order for some curries(Mainly Gurthuvankay curry which i have faced the issue) through your online delivery service. However, upon receiving and consuming the meal, I discovered to my horror that it was contaminated by an insect.

Finding an insect inside the food not only ruined my dining experience but also raised serious concerns about the hygiene and quality control standards maintained by your kitchen. This incident is absolutely unacceptable and poses a significant risk to the health and safety of your customers.

As a loyal patron of your restaurant, I am deeply disappointed by this gross oversight. I expect that such incidents should never occur in any reputable food establishment. The presence of foreign objects in food is not only repulsive but also poses serious health risks.

I urge you to take immediate action to investigate this matter thoroughly and implement stringent measures to prevent such occurrences in the future. This includes conducting a thorough inspection of your kitchen facilities, revising your food handling procedures, and ensuring that all staff members are adequately trained in food safety protocols.

The service section people for take away was very worst. Especially the female ones who are working and packing the food for takeaway. The packing is pathetic recently I purchased Daal and Brinjal curry and they both spilled over from the packing. They are using the same cover for full and half curries. That's really the worst. I don't see any difference in quantity b/w Half and Full curries and I unnecessarily paid money for full curries though I got half curries. I can sponsor them covers or bowls if Subbayya is poor. Worst quality of packing I have ever seen in even small curry points. They have to maintain bowls instead of covers. Avoid the same cover for both half and full curries. The curries one I took spilled from the packing and dropped in the cover and its all waste for me Finally I got the curry even for less...
