The Surabhi Ruchulu — Restaurant in Hyderabad

My review is for the SURABHI OYO HOTEL...

The water whenever I want to use the tank has less water and it takes a lot of time to fill the tank and the entire building complex has single water tank on top which is fkin annoying and who t f does that ??? There should be seperate tanks for each floor...

And my brother had an International Flight to Australia and the flight was at 12pm but the check-in should happen 2hrs prior which is at 10AM and hence my brother woke up early at 7AM & luckily he had filled up a bucket which was helpful for him to wash after using toilet and was able to brush his teeth as well

But then the water tank gets emptied and I went to reception and there was no one, I saw a guy on the Lobby area who was sleeping on a sofa and I woke him up and he works for the Hotel and is a receptionist... I told the guy that the tank is empty at 7:30AM & he was sleepy and took out his phone and was making some calls but no one was picking up and he gets asleep again and I make some noise and he wakes up for a bit and said that water tank will fill up in some time and me & my brother waited for 1hr and still no water in the bathroom

My brother gave him warning that I have a flight and if I miss the flight will you compensate me ? And my brother spoke a bit loud with frustration and then asked the receptionist that I need a bucket of water urgently and then in few minutes the receptionist comes with a bucket of water in it and then the receptionist checks the water tap saying that on 3rd floor Rooms the water is coming and why isn't it coming to your bathroom and the water was coming in a very slow pace...

I don't know why t f and how t f did this Hotel got 4.8 star rating in OYO app...

Many rooms bathrooms were not good and had broken toilet items and we had to change 4 rooms in just 2 day's not 2 day's too it was just 1½ day's as we checked in very late at night on the first day....

Such a bad place to live in a Hotel

No proper basic amenities..

In one room the AC water was getting leaked into the room...

And one room has disgusting smoke smell... It was soo bad..

I definitely won't recommend anyone to live in such hotel

If u are from lower class or lower middle class then maybe you might be okay with it

I come from Middle Middle class and not from Higher middle class

And I absolutely hated it

And also the rooms were dusty and the bed sheets were torn, only outside bathroom we get floor mat and not...

I used to go to this restaurant very dfrequently few years ago and I loved the food here. After many years I went here with my friends today. It was shocking to me that the taste was soo worst that a human can't eat that food. I ordered apollo fish and it tastes good until the food was hot and soon after few minutes the unserved food started smelling Then I ordered prawns..this is too hard...it's like raw prawns was served to us... immediately I returned it back

Later I ordered chicken dum biryani...its not at all tasty. I returned that as well

Later I thought of eating any chicken starter and ordered it and it was served in soo black colour that it was completely burnt and I called the chef and he turned out to be the road side chef. He was like he loved my burnt chicken lolypop and I got serious and said if you really feel the food is so great then let's go out and give it to any random person to taste it and then he said sorry

On the whole I had to pay bill for apollo fish and biryani. Although I returned biryani back.

We suggested them to immediately change the chef ,else the restaurant will be closed. To be Frank the restaurant ambience looks great but food is very very bad.

And forgot to say, there is no water coming in the washroom tap and they kept bucket with water in it.

I will never ever go to this restaurant

I also feel bad for becoming such a good and my most beloved restaurant happend or turned out to be like this.

Please try to improve the food taste as...

We stopped by this place for lunch with my friend quite late, around 4 pm, on our way back from work. We ordered the chicken manchow soup, which turned out to be good. Next, we went for the tangdi chicken half portion, and it took about 20 minutes to get served - it was delicious, and we were served 2 pieces.

After that, we ordered a tandoori half portion, which wasn't quite as quoted or as we expected; it was good and had some juiciness to it, but to our surprise, we were served 4 small pieces.

Parking-wise, there's free street parking available, though it's limited. The washroom was well maintained, contributing to a certain level of comfort. The ambience is nice but feels old-style; it could do with some modernisation. One decorative touch is an aquarium with hungry-looking fishes in it.

One thing that struck me as a bit unusual is that when we go to restaurants, we often pick up on some kind of aroma or fragrance, but here I didn't notice any particular scent - it was fairly neutral in that regard. Overall, it was a decent visit, with some positives like the food and certain aspects of the setup, alongside some aspects that could see...
