Waste of money and pathetic excuse for each learning if book room here. Lobby help desk till under maintenance and linke under construction👷🚜. Since facility of hotel is 3 and 4 floors above marriage hall found uncomfortable with passage and lift. Parking on road without guard at night Even swiggy delivers food directly in rooms. Maintenance is majority issue. Hot water, bed cleaning, tv channels, ac working, desk help, help counters, first aid kit and travel guide missing at this place so be cautious. Booking on OYO cost more and other apps less costly. If staying more than night must avoid place. Two stars are restaurant food and captain of restaurant. One is only for being out of city, cost effective, and for room size. If big family must not to waste money. Better to watchful. Full charge taken at time of admission to hotel and latter you and God are friends. Wifi facility is available but never works or something so just found for name sake. This facility in jan 2022 till under maintenance and in cozy hands. Needs to take care of yourself if risking to chosen this option as future choice. No windows and lack of proper ventilation except thankfully working AC not good enough. Even mention free breakfast is missing and important to note not available at restaurant before 10.15 am so if checkout early need to manage yourself. Fir people from Maharashtra and Karnataka found terrible traffic to reach out this place. Only ramoji film city is 13 km from here other than this all view points are far away. If visiting for tour select other options as minimum travel distance helps in quality sight seeing. Food restaurant 🍴is classic and captain is cool👍 and will help you like friend and bills good. Overall good infra but poor and pathetic maintenance. No facility and pathetic room services. Waste of money for family stay more than night. So rating of 9 is fake and only for marketing. I'm writing this review night 1 AM. I have booked room for 3 days with my husband and daughter who is 1 year old. And when I reached hotel at 11:00 PM from Kurnool which is 250 KM away ( around 4-5 hours journey) lots of cat welcomed me. No one was there in reception. We were tired and my daughter was crying.

My husband got front office staff number from security and called. He said "I saw your booking morning, but we're not accepting any online booking." This guy doesnt show any humanity if he saw booking , he know that we're coming with 1 year old baby. He should have informed us earlier itself. We called Agoda team, and they said hotel is not picking any call, that's the same thing happened with us. We tried to reach them morning and they didn't pick. Agoda team was saying hotel confirmed our booking that's why they sent booking confirmation.

We have asked for a offline booking and they said there is no room available. So we got it that they given to some customer with higher price. And we saw few guest and asked them how much you paid, they said almost 5 times of amount which paid online.

This is the WORST place we could have ever been to The receptionist didn't have any knowledge of how to do their work The AC didn't function at all on the floor where we had gotten the rooms The manager ignored our calls when we told him these issues Even after booking 6 rooms well in advance the staff gave us only 2 room keys saying if you check in the rooms where the AC isn't working, they won't change the rooms and when we asked when the AC would be repaired they had no clue whatsoever in regards to that issue. We had to wait for 9 hours and still the AC wasn't repaired The staff didn't give us priority even when we had booked all the rooms so much in advance but they have the rooms where the AC was working to the people who had checked in way after us in the day We had to search for rooms on our own after 9 hours of waiting at the pathetic hotel SURABHI. As we were 16people it was very difficult to find rooms anywhere else due to the faux pas caused by the WORSt hotel we have ever come across. The whole day was a complete waste of time and energy after being awake from morning 7am till night 9pm. The whole experience was a great big disaster. Don't ever go to stay in this terrible place that they call a hotel. The rooms were filled with drainage water leaking...
