Worst store. Rude store staff and home delivery is worst. Also products are sold at mrp without any discounts. Local kirana stores are far better in pricing. I am sharing a personal experience reg staff behaviour. An order with amount 1010/-, paid at 7 PM on with ensued home delivery in an hour.

Delivery address was just 5 mins travel distance very near to the branch

We waited for 90 mins and we called up to the provided number on the bill and we were told delivery boy is on the way. Again we waited 40 mins and we called up again to know still the delivery is on the way. So we went to the branch to question the same to the branch manager.

Manager response was very harsh(speaking in high tone), he stated still morning deliveries are pending and it would take more time. He also stated first delivery guy came and returned back. As we were in home completely and no delivery person called or arrived we asked the first delivery guy who was within branch itself, it was told he was in different location and he called us on mobile but he dint get any response. we asked to show the call log but he had no proof of calls to us.

Manager started saying we have only one delivery person and we have pending morning deliveries also and it will take time. He also stated billing after night 9PM will be delivered next day morning. when questioned about 7PM billing, Manager said billing after 5 will be given the next day. His behavior and way of reply was completely harsh which is not at all customer friendly, he was even ready to cancel the order immediately. Ratnadeep has been a player since more than 2 decades in supermarket business. They got the pulse of customer. Keys points They are at almost easily reachable location Prices are good They have some of rare products that are not usually available in other stores They have fresh fruits n veg's They have organised racks and boards HV good discounts Have incentive based billing ! They doesn't display expired products When pdts unavailable, they inform customer about it's next arrival Have good offers Have home delivery free ! 12 accept all payments mode ! They have many trained employees Hygiene is well maintained Well groomed employees Have many billing counters They even have samples available to taste or use the product They also have kids play area with CCTV

Not that great Employees doesn't know the names of pdts in from Hindi to English or English to Telugu ! Sometimes they double chrge credit card saying system error and the Billing agent runs away for 5/10 mins and keep the queue waiting ! Some payment mode are not accepted by Ratnadeep !

There are many points I missed

But on the whole I say they got a good reputation and I would prefer anytime Ratnadeep than any...
